I really liked, that the apartment looked exactly the same like on the pictures. The bed was comfy and the TV had already a Netflix account on. There is even an AC in it. Check-in was super easy with the provided codes.

The cleanliness could be improved. The balcony floor wasn‘t clean at all and the plants inside have a thick dust coating on the leaves. Also the bathroom could‘ve been cleaner.

Beautiful clean apartment near the center of the city. Good value for money. Public Transport is of walking distance. Safe & quiet area. But I do want to mention that I went during off season.

My room was on the 4th floor, which isn't the owner's fault, but it is a long way to walk and carry luggage. No lifts.

1- Customer Service is the top notch, could not open the door and reached out through WhatsApp. Got a reply in a min and the case was solved in a few mins. 5 mins later, the lady even came to check if all is well 2- Well equipped and recently renovated apartment

The leg side of the bed was too uncomfortable, need a replacement

The apartment was spacious, clean and in great location. We got an upgrade to a bigger apartment for free :-) Communication with staff was perfect. All our needs were met.

4th floor and no lift is quite high but climbing was compensated by nice views from a lovely balcony. The bed could be bigger and it would be nice to have more hangers for clothes especially considering this nice and big wardrobe.

Great location, beautiful architecture of the building and very nice view from balcony (on the Al. Jana Pawla II, surprisingly quit part of the street). Very clean and spacious.

Third flow without elevator (and high ceilings). Not for olderies. Youth should not feel uncomfortable.

II stayed in the Aparthotel for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment with my partner. The apartment was very good value for the duration that we stayed. It was very spacious, clean and modern, with free WiFi. The views from the balcony were lovely and the location was perfect, not to close but not to far from the heart of the city. The staff were extremely helpful before, during and even after checkout. We would love to come back to to this beautiful place.

The apartment is clean and nice interior

It is located at the last floor and it has no elevator to take you to the last floor, so you have to use the stairs which is exhausting.

The location was good, with a mini-supermarket and a Chinese restaurant within 2 mins of walk. The room has lots of sunshine. The air conditioning worked great for us and kept the room cool during the summer.

There is no lift in the building and will need some stair walking.

There was no breakfast on site, you had to walk a few minutes away. Unfortunately no one was available to actually let us in so we didn't get any breakfast.

That was my 4th stay here. This time we had an apartment with a big balcony on the 2nd floor. Simply excellent! Unfortunately there was a construction site in front of the building, but this will be done in a few days. I will book here again and again! To the reception desk: sorry for the broken wine glass. It happened while drying. I left a sweet message :-)
