Everything was just perfect, I really enjoyed the time here that stayed for one more night and would have stayed for longer if only could. Very very nice and helpful people working here (so I really felt welcomed here). Breakfasts were just superb - there always were vegetarian options; few choses of egg meals and toasts that are made under request specially for you (so freshly made and no waste). Freshly squeezed juice and other variety of high quality food. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Spacious shower. In hotel there's a relax zone with small sauna and massage armchair that is included in price. Used the massage chair and it was really relaxing and helpful after days on feet. Small things build great picture! Would love to come back. The only small minus is that the parking spot is few meters away, but it's just around the corner, so no much problem about that.

Great location, just outside the main part of the city but very walkable, on a quiet one-way street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom and everything was clean and well looked after. It was just what we needed for a city break in Torun. The breakfast was good, nice selection and freshly made eggs etc.

Nothing to complain about and nothing negative. It was all good. I think we might have paid over the normal rate, but it was a busy long weekend in Poland and the place was booked up.

We found this hotel by concidence, we know Toruń very well but Hotel Eter is new. The location is perfetc and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with a smile. Everything worked perfectly, the check in was smooth, parking available near by. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. AC works well which is important during the summer. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. We also used restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious and nicely served. You could see attention to details everywhere. We also enjoyed relaxation zone - the massage was suberbe! We fully recommend this hotel to everyone.

Small cozy hotel neatly situated literally several steps from the criwded tourist paths of the old town. Big well-equiped rooms, friendly staff, great freshly prepared breakfast.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the room was just over the supply doors and someone was using that exit for a quick cigarette break several times during the evening. Cigarette smoke smell was faint, but clearly distinctive near the window, where the bed was located.

The property was in a great location, had a great ambiance, and every staff member we had contact with had a terrific attitude and a smile to go with it. Our room was very nice everything worked, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.We had a meal in the in the restaurant and we highly recommend the food, great service and wine. The breakfast was yummy and had a wide variety of food to choose from. A very enjoyable stay.

The parking was a little way away, but there was a some spaces outside the hotel so you could prop to drop off bags and check in or out, so wasn’t that much of an issue really.

The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice as was the rest of the food. The bar was useful with a really good stock of drinks. The staff were incredible - friendly and very helpful The hotel is on the edge of the old town with the 'new' rynek (market square) about 30 seconds away. But if like us you arrive by train, you can get bus / trams from the railway station to the main city centre ring road less than 2 minutes from the hotel. Its location meant it was nice and quiet in what is a very busy City in the old town area but yet handily placed to see everything We really liked Torun for our short break and want to return to see the bits we had no time to see. We will use the Eter again for this trip

Preliminary remark: Superiour double room for one night Nice and spacious and bright and quiet room. Plenty of desk space. There is a fridge and enough storage space for the suitcase. There are also two more chairs with a small table. Air conditioning is available. There is a lift and stairs to use. The room was in the back, second part of the house, facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet there and you could look across the first part of the house to the nearby Church of St James (Kościół pw. św. Jakuba). The location is excellent for sightseeing the whole city, as the hotel is on the eastern edge of the old town. Nevertheless, it is not noisy there on the small side street (I cannot judge how noisy it is if you have a room directly on the small cobblestone street). After a long walk through the city, I had food ordered from the restaurant to my room (main course and dessert). It was fabulous in taste, quality and presentation. The food was very reasonably priced (88 Zloty, approx 19 CHF) compared to the quality. It costs 20 zloty (approx 4.3 CHF , August 2023) extra to have the food brought to your room. The breakfast was accordingly excellent. Many creative hot and cold dishes. Unfortunately, I had to control myself and had to stop eating at some point ;) Good thing I had walked so much beforehand.... You can rent a parking space for 50 zloty (approx 11 CHF) per day. It is located at the Hotel Kopernik 200 metres away. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Preliminary remark: the following point had no real influence on my very good experience at Hotel ETER. Moreover, it may have been a coincidence that there was a lot to do in the kitchen. In addition, in every very good hotel there are always little things that don't work right away :) You have to order the food for the room in the kitchen by phone. I tried three times, but nobody answered the phone. Then I went directly to the restaurant and immediately told an employee my order. I really had no problems with it and everything worked wonderfully afterwards. However, there may be sick or elderly people who are not well on their feet.

The hotel was located on the edge of the old town with easy access for dropping off luggage and parking nearby. The old city centre of Torun is nearby and a 5-10 minute walk to the centre with other nice restaurants and a square nearer by. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. The hotel's own restaurant ESENCJA, a restaurant in its own right, was excellent for dinner and the breakfast choice exceptional.

Nothing

My stay exceeded my expectations. The room was unexpectedly huge (I chose the cheapest option) and well designed with "open" closet which is much more practical and pleasant to the eye. There is a relaxation room with dry sauna and two massage chairs (included in the price). The cleanliness was impeccable and the location is excellent.

The only downside was the lack of handkerchiefs in the bathroom and the elevator which was quite unstable (it was jerking and shaking up although the building has only two floors). The breakfast was modest but tasty.

This is a great hotel in a traditional building which has been renovated to a very high standard. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

There are many small lights in the room that look like an airport runway at night making it difficult to sleep. For example TV, telephone, air conditioning, motion sensor, fire alarm, electricity box etc.
