Fresh new hotel, clean and nice. If you need a hotel outside of a city center - THATS THE ONE! Good price! However it depends of the day. First time it was just 75 EUR. However after a 3 day later, same room already 200 eur and this is already TOO MUCH for a s such hotel. 70-80 eur this is the limit for this hotel.

I didnt like manipulations with a room prices. Once it's 75 eur (normal price for this kind of hotel), another time after just a 3 day - around 200 eur (much overpriced). Neighborhoods are not very nice, all this block very new and a lot of contractions going on so what it makes very dusty and not clean. After a while I thing it will be fixed.

It was such an amazing stay! Usually after breakfast we rush to do things, but in this case the room was so comfortable that we stayed there almost until 12 (btw, such a late check-out 🤩). And the breakfast is amazing! At first sight might seem that the food corner is small, but then you realise that there is everything and even more! Some things that you won't find often at a hotel's breakfast are mozzarella, nuts, all kinds of alternative milk and soya yoghurt, delicious mushrooms, sprouts, honeycomb (never seen anywhere!), baked potatoes, etc.

Just that it was too comfortable that we spent there more time than planned. 😂

The hotel was very nice, with comfortable and clean room. I would choose it again (if i fly from Chopin).

The only one problem I had during check in: my phone was off and I asked to check in me so I could charge the phone in my room and could come down a bit later to pay. But the receptionist said NO. I was surprised considering that I booked the room using booking.com, so the hotel had my card. I had to wait in the hall (after a long trip with all laggage) till my phone is charged.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Vienna House Mokatow! The hotel was easy to access with reasonably priced parking on site. The desk staff were helpful in orienting us to the hotel and facilities. We especially enjoyed our last meal before departing Poland in the hotel's restaurant. We both agreed it ws the best meal of our 2 week trip to Poland, Germany, and Czeck Republic. We definitely recommend Vienna House Mokatow- great facilities, great staff, and very convenient to Chopin Airport!

The staff were excellent, attentive and never overpowering, very professional at all times, the resturant was fabulous, food served quickly and very tasty and from a great menu. The Room (Suit) was perfect for our stay, next time we will stay longer, as we had access to the gym. Very clean, an exceptional hotel and I would recommend it, 5 mins away from Chopin Airport and only 20zlt Uber Ride. It out classes the airport hotels by far, a fantastic find, we’ll never stay on site at the airport again, hotels like this are doing customer service so much better!

Our stay and the hotel were an absolute pleasant surprise. The exterior did not prepare us for how comfortable and well equipped the hotel and hotel rooms are. We had an emergency and had to stay in the city one more night and this hotel gave us a soothing feeling and had everything we neede to be calmed down. The decorations, staff and rooms excited our expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpfull. The hotel has a shop corner where you can buy anything you forgot to take with you. There are computers, printers and others in case of business or other needs. The room was bigger than we expected - It had an amazing desk corner and everything was fully working and ready to be used. Very comfortable beds and very nice specious shower. As the hotel is in a business area we were in a nice food court corner where you have 5 different places were you can eat. In the surrounding you have several other restaurants and shops.

We had to exchange rooms as the first we got had a very strong sigaret smell. However the exchange happened quickly and without any issue's.

Very comfortable bed, good size rooms, well equipped gym, helpful and friendly staff, eco-friendly initiatives, restaurant on-site and small local shops within walking distance. Everything felt clean - from the rooms to the corridors and the gym.

The property doesnt offer airport transfer, and it can be a little difficult to get to the hotel using public transport (it's very quick by taxi though!)

A good hotel with an industrial-style design, very clean, and conveniently close to the airport

The room lighting was broken, and the only way to turn off the lights at night was to remove the key card from the holder, which cut power to the entire room. This meant no heating and no way to charge devices overnight. Very inconvenient!!

I love your bed sheets and your pillows. this has been the best bed I've used in my life. You guys are my go-to hotel for whenever I need a 1-night place before taking a plane, it is well located between the city center and the airport. If you like, you can go for a run and finish in the city center.

last time the room didn't have shampoo, and the bathroom heater was not working properly. I mean, for one night I didn't even bother to call front desk, just wanted to sleep and take a shower. So all good.

Modern, clean, spacious, industrial style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Unexpectedly good restaurant. 5 minute taxi ride from the airport. You can even borrow a plant to take up to your room! Various eco-friendly initiatives are also a big plus.

Nothing - although a shame staff didn’t mention the Wyndham Loyalty scheme until I asked, after which time it was too late to add points from my stay as apparently I had to flag to the hotel before check-in.
