The apartment is located in the heart of wroctaw old town. The neighborhood and the building from the outside look like there are old. However, from the inside, the apartment is modern and large. You will find everything inside the cabinets of the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a coffee machine). The bed is soft and conformable with an extra sofa bed. The building is served by a beautiful glass elevator. The hotel provides protection for guests by providing a surveillance and security system.

The building is located inside the old city, so it is not possible to get a taxi to the hotel, so you have to walk with your bags for a few minutes. However, this neighborhood is served by public transportation from all sides.

a lot of space

small amount of bathroom products: only 1 bottle of shampoo and 2 bottles of shower gel. No bathroom hat,no soap,no cotton swabs. Also coffee machine wasn’t working, The men from the reception changed it after a while (after I mentioned the issue,so the were not aware of it). there was no balcony at the room, only one mutual balcony for the whole hotel at the 5th floor. But it was not mentioned in the description of the apartment! I was disappointed.

You won't find a more central location in the city)

When booking, it was indicated that the premises have parking. In fact, the parking lot is quite far away, approximately 7-8 minutes of walking. We had to park somewhere first, then go to the hotel to get the parking key, then return to the car, park the car and then return to the hotel with things. It was uncomfortable. Also, looking at the photos of the room, we understood that the apartments have a terrace with a nice view. The view is really nice, but the hotel has a terrace on the top floor, not the apartments(

Everything. Great location, modern clean apartment with comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Although right in the centre of the main square, there was no outside noise at all

Nothing

First the staff are so friendly and especial mention to Mr. Romek who really took care of me from the time I booked my reservation until I arrived at the property cos i came early and he made sure everything’s goes well. Second, the apartment. Its the best apartment I ever stayed in my whole Poland journey, Room is very spacious even the bathroom. Everything’s organized. Location is perfect its literally inside the old town with the amazing view at the roof top. Definitely will stay here every time I’m in Wroclaw.

the room is outstanding and the location is the best possible. The decoration is very luxurious and they offer both air conditioning and heating, in a very modern system. The sofa-bed is also quite good.

The acoustic is not 100% isolated as we could hear the music from the street, but that wasn't a problem for us. The lack of a ramp for accessibility also makes some difficulty if you are carrying stuff alone with a baby stroller, as there are some steps to climb.

Great location in the center of the old town. Excellent noise reduction (makes sense when you travel with the kids :). Actually it was for the second time we stayed here. Clean rooms, great bathroom with the music :) Comfortable beds. Very cozy apartment with the great view. Friendly english speaking personnel.

While you are checking-in you get 2 cards. Only 1 of them is suitable for the card holder to keep electricity working :)

The best location in the city centre. Modern and comfortable apartments.

1. The entrance to the apartments without taking into account the inclusivity 2. The underground parking is more than 600 metres from the apartments, it’s not the easiest way to find it, you need to cross the whole city centre 3. The apartments need the deposit, but through the booking service the stuff does not inform us

Very spacious and modern apartment with many amenities. Located right on the main square but you can't hear a thing from the apartment because the windows are sound proofed. Great customer service from Lukas! A family of two adults and two teenagers fit very comfortably. Air conditioning, good curtains, and comfortable beds. This apartment made for an excellent stay in Wroclaw.

Everything was great.

The room was outstanding, the shower was exceptional, like out of a movie!. The location in perfect, really in the middle of the historical centre. The only downside was that on Friday evening it was rather noisy even after 12am. But the windows are really good and it blocked most of the noise. Shout out to all the staff we met, everyone really friendly and acommodating. I would 100% book this again.
