Very good location,you can go everywhere by foot

They ask for 400zlt deposit,at booking they didn't say anything,they sent message after booking,i ask the reasons and the answer was for security, booking is not enough security for them?

The location was absolutely excellent for the Christmas Market which was the reason I was visiting Wroclaw.

The fact that you can’t adjust the heating. You have to message the Reception where you pay the deposit and get the access codes to ask them to turn the heating down. Also there are no tea towels to dry the dishes.

Great place to stay, so clean and brilliant apartment. I was staying as a solo traveller so plenty of room & facilities were plenty for me. Never heard much noise. WiFi was fine. Very central to the old town and lots of good places to see. Excellent places to eat. Being a solo traveller I felt safe. Would definitely recommend staying here and full value for the price. Although at the time of my visit there was a threat from flooding, everyone was so positive and nice. Special mention to the staff, as at first I couldn't find where to check in. After a quick call they sent me a link with directions so I was in the apartment in no time.

Very clean, modern & comfortable apartments just a short stroll from the main square.

Small gripe, but in one of the 3 apartments we rented, the mirror wasn't close to a socket, which made it difficult for the ladies to get themselves ready.  My family on their first visit to Wrocław would have rated the apartment a 10, but due to lack of availability, we were moved from our original booking to another street & I personally felt disappointed as the building I had made the original booking in had a beautiful café on the ground floor which we never unfortunately had the chance to experience.

The location is wonderful. It is in the heart of old town Wroclaw. Elevator to our appartment was very appreciated for my mom who has mobility issues. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Room has fridge and convection stove. Comfortable sofa bed and standard bed.

The kitchen wares are basic; items that were missing are bowls, wine opener that works, sharp knife for food preparation. It would be wonderful to have a microwave to warm up food. Air conditioning did not work and noisy when you have open windows from street.

The room was great for a night and the bathroom, too.

Be careful! Unfortunately, we didn't notice that they wanted to deposit 400 zł in a case of damage. It was too stressful for us that, and it was impossible to cancel the room because we had already paid it. They call us so many times about that deposit. In other cases, it was impossible to take the code and enter the room. Finally, we paid that money by transferring to the bank that they told us. Now, after four days, we haven't taken back our money from the deposit yet, and in the email that I sent about when they will transfer the money back, no one unswer...

Very convenient location right next to the main square with everything you need. Loved that the access was with a code and not a key (one less thing to worry about not forgetting). Water pressure was really great. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Reception is not in the main building, but it wasn't much of an issue for us. We did need a top up of supplies, but they were helpful and delivered some to our room when asked. Pillows and bed were not great, but good enough.

Great place in a great location. Modern and with everything one would need for their stay. There are a lot of places where you can eat, walk around, park your car (if you drive electric, there are 3 spaces just front door and more around near streets, no payment required), etc. The room is good and well equiped. Definitelly would repeat when visiting the city!

Whoever made the architecture/design/organization of the room, should go and spend a night there with their family with kids or more than 2 people. Once the sofa-bed is open, the toilet door must be open or closed. You make your conclusions. And if you keep it open, then the noise from the fan inside the toilet will be buzzing you all the time. If you are just two and want to lay in bed and watch TV, then you should forget because the TV is mounted to face to the sofa.. And minor details like duck-taped shower handle and some mold around the shower floor.

The property’s location is hard to beat, on a quiet street right off the Market Square. There was no noise at night time, and no noise at any point in the building. The room was well equipped, although it would be tight for four people. There is a kettle and hob in the room. Good shower and the place was very clean. It’s fantastic value for what you get. The cafe next door is lovely too.

This is not a complaint, but the rooms were not cleaned during our stay which is no problem, we didn’t need the room cleaned but people should be aware.

The location, cleanliness and services were great.

Unfortunately, a double bed was made with two single beds that weren't attached together. This way beds were split every morning creating a hole (space) between them. Not a great option for the accommodation that class. They could have been assembled somehow preventing them from being split. I was waking up in that hole every morning.
