The location was great- very centralised but not on the main strip with amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic- so much to choose from! We took advantage of the large pool and my kids loved the small waterslides! The restaurant on the main floor was amazing!

The parking was tricky and I didn’t like how we had to use a parking pass to get in and out. Many of the staff said they spoke English but there were many times they could not fully help us. We would try our best to make it work but sometimes it fell short. The dinner buffet was not the best especially for the price.

We came for 2 days skiing, so if not for lack of snow, the location would have been great - it's right by the lift. Liked the spa area alot, the bar area is cosy, but it did get quite rowdy in the evening. Rooms are finished to high standards.

Outside definitely needs some tlc. It is a massive hotel, and so when it's full (felt like it for us!), the breakfast felt like 'survival of the fittest' We got very unlucky with the neighbours- they'd let their kids have a run race in the corridors until midnight while the parents were in the bar downstairs. Also, for a hotel that is 4*, the pillows were just appalling.

Excellent hotel , location ,staff .. but.. No separate area from shouting , crying and screaming children in breakfast room...!! Impossible to eat , rest and talk as young children make horrific noise in every corner of breakfast room... Hotel needs to make clear room separation/division for adults and area for parents with little children.....

Facilities are great, modern, clean, and spacious. Our 5yo daughter really loves the swimming pool area with both normal and heated pools, and a couple of small sliders. The water temperature was perfect as well. The relaxation zone is also great with some indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and saunas. The kids play area is exceptional, I think it's the best I've seen in any hotels. It's very spacious and clean with so many activities for kids. My daughter particularly loved the Lego room. Too bad we missed the movie time. I also feel that all the staffs were very friendly and we could always get some help in a matter of minutes after calling the operator. Lastly, food was very decent, breakfast was quite extensive, and we also tried the restaurant for dinner which turned out okay with reasonable price in a hotel.

We stayed in a standard room which is already quite outdated though it's still clean and comfortable. I guess I can't complain a lot given the price as well which was like 90eur per night. I think there are some other more modern and refurbished rooms with better views as well.

The relaxation area with different kind of sauna for only 25zl, it was completely worth it and pleasant experience!

The ridiculous standard portion of the meals such as tomahawk beef at the hotel's restaurant. Almost one Kg as standard and not being able to order a smaller portion was really out of ordinary for myself.

Amazing, nice, clean, amazing breakfast, dinner buffet was very good. Also restaurant serve good quality food. Room with view over the mountains was amazing. For sure we will return😊😊

breakfast is amazing. location is nice, with perfect view. inside interior in lobby is every interesting, has its own atmosphere.

property requires refresh, a lot. also need pay additional to be able get to outside jacuzzi (actually I didn’t know, that these is not in usual wellness zone, just in additional SPA zone) in normal stay price - only indoor swimming pool, one kind of sauna and inside jacuzzi. Was not able to get room with better view (on highest floors) even for additional payment (only 1st floor was proposed).

Breakfast and rooms are fantastic. All facilities are very clean. Proximity to gondola lifts is super convenient. Great location with a nice mountain view. Spa and wellness was excellent. If you want to go to the center, there is a hotel mini van which is paid small amount.

Amazing spa, nice rooms, breakfast choice was huge and delicious. A la carte restaurant also served delicious meals. Very cosy stay

The only negative impression is that the hotel of this price level is charging extra for the parking. This is a bit ridiculous.
