Cleanliness superb. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was the best of out trip. Great value for money and oustandingly delicious pierogi and goulash with pancakes. The spa facilities were small but lovely. Hotel is directly on number 11 bus route. So easy to use but a lovely walk from hotel to Krupówki.

The spa wasn’t staffed and families with children overtook it, spoiling it for us. The jacuzzi was like a swimming pool with children pushing their way in and jumping all over. Their parents did not try to stop them. One family even had their young child in the sauna though she was crying to get out!

Exceptional breakfast. Very nice apartment, with a tub in the bedroom and a balcony. Very clean. Nice staff. The hotel has a spa with saunas, a jacuzzi and a salt room. Location of the hotel is close to the Nosal ski area (for beginners).

This is not a „didn't like”, but as a suggestion, one or more international channels on TV, because all of them were in Polish. And (but this is NOT hotel's fault), we lost money because of the very bad exchange rate between the Polish zloty PLN and the Romanian leu RON applied by the Polish bank (10% over the right exchange rate compared to euro).

Nice place to stay

My stay at Gold Hotel in Zakopane was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the heart of this charming mountain town, the hotel offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Polish hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the elegant design and warm ambiance that the hotel exudes. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the Tatra Mountains that make waking up every morning a delight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the scenic surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to help with any request, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on, enhancing my overall experience in Zakopane. The on-site restaurant is a culinary gem, offering a delectable selection of both local and international dishes. Each meal was a feast for the senses, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with artistic flair. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a daily treat, with a wide array of options to satisfy every palate. The hotel's amenities are top-notch, from the relaxing spa and wellness center to the well-equipped fitness room. I especially enjoyed unwinding in the sauna and hot tub after a day of hiking in the mountains. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's facilities is truly commendable. Location-wise, Gold Hotel is perfect. It's just a short walk from the bustling Krupówki Street, where you can find a variety of shops, cafes, and entertainment options. Yet, it remains a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle, allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds.

This place is fantastic. Great location, several attractions from the hotel are in a 20 minute car ride or are easyly accesabble by walk. If you prefer you can even book a taxi to Morskie oko. The room was comfortable, the breakfast versatile and delicious and the staff exceeded all our expectations. They were amazing, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend trying the hotel's restaurant as it's worth all the hype. There is no question we will come back in the near future.

Accessible to the downtown and hiking in Tatra National Park. Property was well maintained.

Staff were so nice and so helpful, especially the reception staff, they could not do enough for us, big thanks to our dear kind and helpful receptionist ( sorry cant remember her name) for all her help in directions, times of buses, ect, much appreciated. A special thanks to the 2 beautiful and accomadating girls who cleaned our rooms, incredible job done with such a friendly manner. Thank you all for our stay, its our the 3rd time back at the hotel and it has always been a pleasure.

Pulling my case down the many steps to taxi

The hotel is the same as on the picture.It is located next to the main road. The breakfast is very delicious. Nice and cleand hotel. Parking is free. Walking street can be reach by taxi (arrond 30 zloty) or by own car. The hotel staff is helpfull. The wellnes part of the hotel is very nice but not so big.

There was a little bit cold in the room and cannot set the temperature higher.

Beautiful Hotel. Away from the centre in a perfect quite area. Room was perfect, big bed super clean with heating so now worries about being cold. Buffet brekfast was just perfect, some hot options as well as many cold options, coffee juice etc. Spa was small but great to go and relax in the evening with amazing hot jaccuzzi. Only half an hour walk from Kuznice where there is a ski lift to Kasprowy Wierch. 5 min walk from skiing lessons for peopel who havent done much skiing. Taxi to centre of Zakopane Krupówki only 5/10 min drive and pretty cheap. Iverall would definitely reccomend!!

Spa a little too small
