I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the stunning water park with thermal waters, which provided both fun and relaxation. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every detail was beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, everything about the hotel was perfect – from the facilities to the service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Excellent hotel! About a 15-minute walk to the city center, a 2-minute walk to a nearby supermarket. A large and spacious room with a balcony. The room and the hotel are very clean. Rich and varied breakfast which even includes utensils for small children. The playroom is clean and well equipped. The hotel has a parking lot at a cost of 80zl per day. The Termy Zakopiańskie are next to the hotel and are at a separate cost - you can enter directly the thermal baths at the price as shown on the website or enter through the hotel at a different price, although more expensive, but there is no need to wait for payment, change clothes and walk outside especially in cold weather. It is important to take the watch at the reception to enter the baths. You can use the towels and bathrobe provided by the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind. It is highly recommended!

Direct connection to Aquapark is huge plus for the hotel! Kids loved it! Food was amazing too. The hotel deserves its 4 stars for sure.

The cleaning in the rooms (and we had two rooms) is not automatically included and you have to ask to clean you room on the reception. I find this approach OK, the problem is that we have asked couple times to do the cleaning during our 4 days stay and nothing happened. It was quite frustrating so that we have to make our two rooms (1 for us and 1 for the kids) by ourselves.

It was nearly 200 euros per night, water in the shower was keep changing temperature .. usually in hotels there r shower caps and little soap bars and sometimes even toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom already, but here u had to ask for it in reception 🤣🤣 not even talking that it didn't include the swimming pool price , or didn't offer any special deal .. it was definitely not worth the price in my opinion, u don't get anything special for it.

Great location with direct access to the aquapark. The food is great and plentiful. Friendly and helpful staff. The spa part of the hotel is also adequate. The rooms are extremely clean.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, there were 2 mattresses next to each other that kept sliding apart, so there was always a hole in the middle of the bed. Parking is not included in the price, the daily rate is a bit much, and it makes no difference whether you park in front of the hotel or in an underground car park. Also, the daily fee is charged even if you leave the hotel at 10am on the last day.

Breakfast was amazing. The location is ok with good connections. Aquapark services are amazing and easy to use.

First day, was really dissapointing. I recieved a different room, with bad view and bad bads. Next day, after discussions with their Management, they have changed my room, to a bigger one, with proper beds and view, and have upgraded their service. On top of the above, at the end of my staying, their Management have provided me free parking and small discount for the Aqua park, which I really appreciated.

We had a package with access to termal pools and sauna center. Before visiting this wet area, I asked in reception wheather sauna center is included in our price and man answered that “yes”. When we checked out, the hotel asked to pay additional money for sauna center visits. I was really dissappointed about such an inconvenience.

This hotel is kids friendly. There is a big room, where children can play. There are plenty of toys. In your room you can have a bed for children. There are many small dining chairs. In addition you can get to the aquapark right through the hotel, so you do not have to go outside. It makes visit of this facility so much easier. But, I would not go there if I would not have a child.

Thermostat/controller of the AC in the room. What an evil thing. Light coming out of this device during the night was ridiculous. We saw shadows. I could read a book sitting next to it. We tried to cover it, but then the AC stopped working. It took me one whole night to find out, how to turn off the display. Food in the restaurant was just average.

Its a modern and stylish hotel, nicely furnished, next to termal baths. Great food and variety at both breakfast and dinner. Very helpful staff. Termal baths are great, with nice access from hotel.

It rised the expectation, but small things can be annoying. Regular rooms are too small for families. Elevators are slow and does not recognize directions - you call it down, get in and goes up. Very small Spa. Look at your package when you book, as you need to pay for both parking and termal baths. Cleaning is on demand. Restaurant is too small if hotel is full. Small things, as I wrote…
