The hotel was great, the food was different every day, drinks were VERY strong! Not like the usual all inclusive cocktails that taste like juice! Big pool, lots of sun loungers didn’t need to worry about where we’d sit even with there being 6 of us!

The hotel is a huge resort, our room was a 10-15min walk away from the main part of the hotel.

Beautiful location, right next to an amazing beach. Very well maintained resort. Food was good and the rooms were a good size and vey comfortable. Great to have tennis courts on site.

The larger apartments which we booked are right next to the pool and evening entertainment and so were very noisy. We requested a move and the staff were very helpful. It should be made clear when booking that the location for these rooms is by the entertainment and hence noisy. As an all inclusive resort, I wouldn't expect to have to pay extra to play tennis or mini golf.

Amination team - Amazing!! Outstanding evening shows, wonderfull, warm peoples. Lots of activities for kids (kids club, zoo show, mini aquapark). Resort is in very beautifull place - seaside is enchanting, the environment is very well maintained. Rooms are cozy, not worned out. Food were good, the choice is huge (maybe plant based milk, products is missing and would like more seafood).

Inside pool is out of service. SPA is very busy - you need register on arrival to get reservation. Zipline for kids is out of service. Some outside equipment and playgraunds are worned out. Shared toilets are bit worned out.

Best holidays ever! We had so much fun! Original we booked 7 nights, but we longered 2 times, so in the end we enjoyed 10 nights in the resort. The hotel is amazing and the beach is breathtakingly beautiful. Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. We lived in the AB buildings and needed around 5 minutes walking to the main area. Which was always a beautiful walk through the garden area. The staff is very nice and friendly and always there for a nice chat. There are several restaurants, but we only eat at the main buffet restaurant. The food was delicious and every day the food changed so it never got bored. The best part of the hotel is the entertainment program and the entertainment team. We had so much fun with the entertainment program! The activities were diverse and throughout the day and evening. The staff were incredibly friendly , and the evening shows were top-notch. Every night there was dancing, and on three evenings, there were different shows put on by the entertainment team. The shows were outstanding, truly impressive, with choreography far beyond what you'd expect from a hotel. It was really more than impressive. The other evening events included bingo and fun games like musical chairs. It's all very entertaining. The participation was great, which made it easy to meet other guests and created a very family-like atmosphere. It was absolutely wonderful! Many thanks to the entire entertainment team, especially to Ibo and Richard. Without you, this wouldn't have been such a special vacation. You truly made the holiday exceptional. Also, thank you to Catarina from the main restaurant. It was always nice to see you during our lunch times. We really left this hotel with a tear, and we are looking forward to coming back next year :-)

The all inclusive hotel was to our expectations. The rooms we had was very modern, clean with a wonderful bathroom and balcony. It was a very comfortable room with a very nice bed. We stayed near the small pool and loved walking around the whole property. There was so much food, non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available during most of the day. We found the lunch and dinner buffet in the main area by the big pool to be very extensive and it accommodated to both vegetarians and meat eaters. We loved the food as it offered a wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff everywhere was always polite to us and that helped us to feel more comfortable. The layout of the resort was quite awesome.

The pool water in the small swimming water was cold and therefore not a lot of people swam. They stayed around the pool area reading novels.

Good food that varies everyday with a lot of different options. Nice grill restaurant, good team of entertainers that made it a great stay even in rain.

The Spa was not good at all. We went there directly but they said it was fully booked for the whole week. We managed to get the slot on our last day, however when we arrived on the day they didn’t have our booking anymore. Instead they crammed us in. The jacuzzi is so small only 2 people fit, where we had to share with other couple that didn’t give space to anybody else and the time in the spa was timed to one hour. It was more like a basement with jacuzzi and saunas made for two people.

In the room the lights could have a switch for us to switch that of to sleep in complete dark. Me and my husband suffered to sleep as we needed to choose to sleep feeling hot and in the very dark, or sleep with the bed side lights on and air conditioning on. The beds could be a double bed as we were a couple and in our room was two single beds together. I understand that it is easier for families and friends but I think you also could have offered us a room with a double bed. All the rest was wonderful, friendly staff and everything was perfect. I would strongly recommend it

Everything about our stay, from the time we arrived until we checked out, was wonderful. Their amenities are amazing, and their rooms are equally beautiful. They are quite engaging for a wide range of age groups and quite relaxing, which is just what we were hoping for. The beach is within walking distance, but be warned—the water is extremely chilly. It was the ideal time of year to visit Albufeira because it was warm, bright, and less crowded than the summer. The food was excellent, and if you can get reservations at the grill restaurant on meat day, I highly recommend it. The staff was excellent, and the drinks were fantastic. They are always really helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Catarina, the breakfast and lunch waitress. Bar staff: Gabriel, Iza Entertainer: Ibrahimo, Muss. We are recognising a handful of people here because they really made our stay, but everyone in Adriana is deserving of recognition for being the kindest people ever. Would return without a doubt. The only small complaint was that there was no iron in the room, so you had to pop to reception to pay for the service if you wanted your clothing washed or ironed. The few bobs are really not the issue; it's simply useful to have it in the room in case you forget to bring it down in the morning. However, it was all grand in the end. It didn’t affect our stay at all!

The hotel is lovely. We got a really good deal for 3 nights. You can start to use the all inclusive from the minute you arrive to when you leave no matter what time. Clean Great variety and choice of food and drinks Good entertainment throughout the day and evening Just a lovely place

People reserving sunbeds and then going out for the morning leaving them unused when other people could have used them. Location in the middle of nowhere but Uber is cheap enough to olhos or villamoura if you fancied a night out or shopping

Beach and surroundings were beautiful. The hotel grounds well kept. The pool areas were outstanding. The food was in generous supply.

There was no pre-arrival contact. As a result of this we arrived and were too late to book the restaurant. Restaurant bookings are at 8:30am to 10am which makes it stressful if you miss breakfast. There should be online booking. Timings for end of breakfast (10am) and lunch (2pm) is far too early. We felt like we were always racing the clock at this hotel. Had better pre-arrival information been given, we could have prepared ourselves for this. A welcome message with key info would assist before guests arrive. Staff was not always serving with a smile so they also let the establishment down. It is 4 star and needs a little more work to get to 5 star level.
