We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is a very clean hotel. You can see the staff cleaning all the different areas around the hotel multiple times a day and our bedroom was cleaned daily too. We found the staff very friendly in the hotel. The hotel is situated in a great location in Vilamoura. You are close to the marina and to the beach and you have Jaffers supermarket only a few minutes walk down the road. This hotel has a lovely clean pool area and they have a kids club with different activities happening throughout the day. Our room had a nice balcony outside with a table and 2 chairs and we had lovely views of the marina. Finally just to say we had very good air conditioning in our room.

The hotel felt a bit dated in style but we didn't mind too much as it was so clean and the facilities were good. The air conditioning wasn't working in the kids club room and I felt it was very warm in there especially for young children. In the bathroom, I felt the shower area was narrow in width and it would have been nicer to have a wider space with a more modern shower system.

Location was only a 2 minute walk from the actual Marina and all the restaurants and bars. Fantastic choice if you want everything at the tip of your fingers. if you're planning any activities like fishing, jet ski's ect the booth is a 2 minute walk and give you pretty good discounts. The actual hotel is very clean and modern, with friendly staff who are very helpful when needed.

The only thing that was 'lacking' was the hotel breakfast. The choice of breakfast items was very mid especially in the fruit department. they do however make omelets and crepes to your desire but the line is usually quite long for this.

We loved the outside jacuzzi and it was a shame that the pool was so cold 😅 we tried to go into the pool but we couldn't. Since the outside jacuzzi was warm, we spent a couple of hours there. We also went to the interior pool and was amazing. We loved the location, the easiness to park, the room and the view.

The inside jacuzzi but this last one was not smelling good, it was kind of dirty. The Turkish bath, though was way too hot and we had to tell the receptionist that, because it was horrible to be in. The AR conditioning of the room was making too much noise, our room phone was not working and the receptionist had to call my phone to talk to us.

The food was brilliant, a wide selection at both breakfast and dinner and there were options to cater to everyone. The freshly grilled to order meat and fish in the evenings was lovely, and the salmon was the best I have ever tasted! The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly and catered to our every need. We arrived late on our first day so missed our first dinner as we were half board, but the staff honoured this and still provided us with a meal from the bar and gave us the option of having it on our arrival evening or as a lunch during the week. I cannot fault the service! The location of the hotel is a short walk to both the marina and the beach and many restaurants and shops are nearby making it an ideal location.

The only recommendation I could make would be an update to the decor in the bedrooms, but it was all perfectly clean, just a little dated visually.

I requested a ground or level one floor and it was fulfilled the room was clean and spacious but a bit dark also one of the lamps didn’t work but that didn’t take away from it. The breakfast was nice and if some thing was not there staff where on hand to get for you, the marina was literally a two minute walk which was amazing ( photo below to show how close) The pool staff (hol rep) were AMAZING migel, silla and theigo really got everyone involved in the pool activities and wore nice and chatty every day. all was good and I would return to this hotel again happily

The pool had some dirt coming off the tiles around it which had some bits floating in the pool or if u leaned on it it would go on your bikini, there was quite a few ants in our room also and the beds wore a bit hard and uncomfortable. None of this would take away from our stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was very good, restaurant was very nice, well laid out. staff were very pleasant and courteous. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The shower room was clean, well laid out and spacious. The verandah was bigger than most I have seen at various hotels. The location was close to both the marina and the beach, both being within 5/6 minutes walk

I think the ensuite shower room (although clean and spacious) could do with an upgrade. Bedroom furniture could also be upgraded.

Breakfast was delicious once we got through. Annoying that we had a 10min queue to be seated though. Pool area was lovely playing good music for atmosphere. There’s a fab bar snack menu and choice of cocktails. The Marina was so close with a great choice of bars and restaurants. There were two beaches, one 5mins walk away and the other was 15mins walk away

The rooms were a little dated and the beach towels were a bit tatty but glad they supply these. Overall everything was good for the price and the wonderful location on the marina. So much choice for restaurants serving good food. Not any bars with dance floor except a karaoke bar.

Blown away by the suprise you gave my husband on his birthday!! Definitely wasn’t expecting this and was such a highlight of our trip!! Really really clean absolutely flawless throughout

The gym was so disappointing if I’m honest sorry!! Three machines for such a big hotel wasn’t great and the bike that I wanted to use was broken so didn’t stay longer than 10mins unfortunately

Loved everything! Super helpful staff and super friendly and that exactly how I know Portuguese people to be. Great selection for the breakfast that is included! And loved that it’s super close to the beach !!!!

I don’t really have anything negative to say. I only scored 9/10 rather than 10/10 due to believing that the AC was not working to its potential as myself and my partner were boiling at some nights
