The location is superb and the rooms a nice size all over,the Wi-Fi has improved a lot from the previous two times we have stayed here which was very important for me.The staff were absolutely fantastic Sarah/pedro/andrea all so helpful and polite they are a credit to the place.People complaining not sure what there is to complain about to be honest,this was our third stay here and would definitely make it a fourth that says it all.

Very roomy apartment, good view of the garden and pool from a good size terrace. Staff on site are just exceptionally helpful and friendly. A/C in the living quite efficient.

Kitchen is good size, but no good oven and pots and pans are not there seemingly to be used! You bring microwave food you are ok ! Since you will be cleaning the place, could expect access to vacuum cleaner and floor cleaner ...... If you do not.mind hearing neighbors, cars and trucks in the night, you are ok, you are in Albufeira city, noisy.

It was in a great location. The Strip is a 5 min walk, Old Town 20 mins. A self catering apartment which was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

There isn’t anything to dislike. I was a little disappointed not to get the pool level apartment that we had booked for, but this was due to unforeseen circumstances which were out of the control of the staff.

The location was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to the top of the strip, a 10 minute walk to aldi and a cheap 5 euro Uber to the old town. For the money the place was amazing, it was so spacious and had all we needed. The pool was never crowded either. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing I would change would be to have a hairdryer but apart from that it was perfect!

The staff were so helpful. The property is in a good location to the strip and old town with good supermarket facilities close by

I feel the sunbeds could do with an upgrade, lots of broken and damaged beds around the pool area. Music around the pool would create a good vibe

Wi fi absolutely appalling worst ever can’t get it to work in the bed room and drops often in the living room /pillows really bad like about 5 years old/one rude staff member(Miranda)I think his name is acts like anything you ask is a problem and stop bothering me sort of attitude/clean towels only once in 8 days but my only real bad point was the Wi-Fi being so bad that could be a deciding factor for me as it’s important.One rude staff member out of the five we met isn’t bad though I suppose as the woman there are all fantastic Ladys and helpful and polite.

Excellent value for money , very friendly & helpful staff . Ideal location , very clean . Only downfall is the sun doesn’t hit the pool until about 12. For me that was fine, after a late night , lie in & then a late breakfast before hitting the poolside . It is worth every penny, I use this hotel 3 or 4 times a year.

It was a great location near the beach and the strip. Only a €4 uber to old town. Key card let’s you into hotel so there is no time too late to come home. Check in 4 and check out 10. Need to buy toilet paper and you get new towels we got them after 4 days. Pool was great and beds were lovely.

Great location with free parking for our car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our studio apartment was perfect for 2 people with a kitchenette for self catering. Wifi was strong and reliable. The price for what you get can't be beat!

The walls are pretty thin so if you have loud or inconsiderate neighbors, you hear everything. We had to wear earplugs until they finally went to sleep!

Location great.. Staff lovely

No toilet rolls only 2..empty your own bins.. No clean bedding.. Towels change once a week.. Put my friends off I've been using Eirasol for years.. Needs sorting
