The apartment was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Spacious. Staff at reception and cleaning staff very friendly. Had a problem with the TV, it got sorted very promptly. Lovely outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and indoor pool. Used the treatment room. Lovely lady there for massage.

Abit expensive for a one bedroomed apartment. Met up with friends over there, who booked with Air bnb, got an apartment for much less, and it had great facilities.

The pool was great and always enough sun beds so you didn’t have to be up at the crack of dawn. Staff were very helpful and was easy enough to get new bath towels whenever. Apartment was what we expected, glad there was 2 bathrooms as 6 of us stayed. The mini golf was also a highlight, we played 2 rounds there and was great value for money and certainly one of the hardest we’ve ever done.

The paper wristbands they make you wear kept coming off as soon as they got wet, so had to go get new ones multiple times. Wasn’t that big of an issue but struggling to think of anything bad about the place.

Lovely indoor & outdoor pools. Good spa jacuzzi but everyday a member of service crew had to get it started. Great location for us as our fav bars are all within easy reach. Staff very polite and room service staff kept the room spotless every day

The bar & restaurant were closed for our entire stay. A few years ago there used to be live music at night at the pool bar but this no longer happens which is a great shame

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean pool. Rooms were spacious. Our bedsheets were changed everyday along with fresh towels and toilet paper. Lots of mirrors around the apartment. Bar next to the pool which served food and drink. Also, a mini golf facility to enjoy.

Service was slow at the bar. Showers were poor but usable. Would have liked the lighting in the rooms and apartment to be brighter. One of our rooms was pitch black at night as it only had a side lamp. These are only minor things. Would recommend this place.

It was clean and lovely! Pool was fab not too busy but lively in middle of July - great balance. Rooms were cleaned everyday - great facilities - great rooms and great value.

Pool bar was expensive. Staff weren’t always very helpful or informative. Sent my friend on a mad way to the pharmacy…

Me and my family enjoyed how clean and comfortable the Rooms were . The pool and pool bar facilities were great.

We didn’t like that there was no bar or restaurant available for the evenings

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and always willing to help. Our studio room was immaculately clean and spacious. Added bonus of balcony overlooking the pool was great. Plenty of drinks and food available from the pool bar. Even in mid july, the pool had more than enough space.

Daily maid service was good and breakfast was good with friendly staff and good service.

All though the apartment was fine it was a little tired in places needing a bit of TLC.

Hotel was Spotless and the staff was very friendly.Pool was good size and bar food was good.

Our bathroom stinked of raw sewage coming up from the sinks,had to keep running water down the drains.Only downside unfortunately.

I return to the ondamar every year. I find it clean and location to both old town and new town is good

More entertainment in the pool area especially for younger children would be good
