This accommodation is great. The small individual villas are really beautiful, tastefully decorated, and very functional. You have everything you need for a pleasant stay (privacy, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV with the option to install your streaming apps, etc.). The heated pool is a real plus. The beach is just down below at 1km. I highly recommend it!

The only downside is the environment outside the residence. It's an old holiday center that has probably been sold, and there are some renovations by new owners, but nothing is visible inside the residence, so there's no visual impact. A car is essential.

I loved the whole interior it’s stunningly beautiful with lots of space and everything you could need. The bed was so comfortable and amazing shower also. We had bad weather but wasn’t so bad in this amazing villa. Claudia the host went above and beyond for us as our 2 year old son was very sick last few days and she let us stay in villa on day of departure till our taxi came at 5pm which really really helped us free of charge, we were blown away how professional and caring they are. The cleaning ladies do an amazing job, the place is immaculate and so friendly also, this is a top notch place, the best place I’ve ever stayed. Worth every penny.

It is a very beautifully decorated and well maintained collection of villas with great amenities. The villa we stayed in were nicely furnished with all the things you’d need in a comfortable home. The pool was great to cool you down on a hot day with comfortable pool chairs all around it. The garden is also exceptionally well taken care of. The cleaning staff and equally importantly the property manager, Claudia, are superb and super helpful at all times. It is also located in the quiet part of Albufeira but also not far from all the happening spots! I’d highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Property is amazing 😃. Villa is spacious and the grounds are astonishing, kept clean and beautifully maintained. Claudia is brilliant and provided us with plenty of information on things to do/places to eat which was great. Location wise was fantastic. Away from the hustle and bustle of old town or the strip to escape the noise, but close enough and easy to get to these places when you wanted to. And Vilamoura just down the road also (25-30 mins) with its beautiful marina 😃

Cláudia manager . Very helpful and nice person . She explained everything about Villa and facilities. For our request because car company disappoint us in last minute. Cláudia also helped us to hire a car and she recommended very good places and restaurants and activities. For sure we will come back . If you want to relax in quiet atmosphere and beautiful environment I feel very safe and Claudia was always ready to text and answer and help . No issues. We arrived late , all restaurants closed Cláudia bought for welcome some food and fruits and drink. Superb . Heated swimming pool. 👍👍👍👍👍

Beautiful surrounded villa and garden, very nice swimming pool, comfortable poolside beds and all the peace and quiet you want. The villa is splendid, everything you need is there, high quality decorated, nice bathroom and a superb and extremely big bed, we slept like a rose. Very polite and helpful staff and Claudia is the best, if need be, you can reach her always with every problem or question, even on the days she is not working!

We were met by the wonderful Claudia at 9pm on a Saturday evening. Claudia showed us around the villa and showed us how to work the television , alarm system, and the Wifi. She even dropped us into town to get something to eat. By Sunday morning she had sent lots of information by Whatsapp with links to numerous websites. Her team were all exceptional and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble.

The little shop and restaurant on the site was not open but given how early in the season it is was only to be expected.

The villa was very well renovated and had a quiet retreat feel to it. Although the garden and pool area is shared amongst 8 villas, we still felt it was private due to the layout. Inside the villa it was absolutely lovely, the decor and furnishings are very modern, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean if you want to. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away to get food if you wish. We had regular cleaning service done and all the staff were lovely. Claudia was particularly brilliant in welcoming and helping us settle in. She also helped us organise a rental car and boat tours. We felt really looked after, more than ever before on holiday! Thank you so much!

Once out of the Vila Balaia resort, the rest of the Quinta de Balaia site is a little run down, however this would not put us off going back again.

The Villas were like home from home with every facility available. The setting with the gardens and the pool was beautiful . They were so comfortable and catered for our every need the bed was so comfortable .

The only downside if I can say that is the lack of facilities near by you had to walk or get a taxi to the nearest supermarket. It wasn’t a complaint at all but we didn’t realise this when we booked .

Great little villa as per the photos. Outstanding lady checked us in and was nothing short of brilliant. The grounds and pool area were lovely and the area was great. Uber readily available and great value for the 5 minute ride into town.

The pool wasn’t heated as described on the property information. The main reason for choosing this property was the pool was described as heated to 27C but it wasn’t it was freezing. I saw 2 other guests try to swim but they were in and out immediately.
