Big common areas and beautiful swimmingpool. Helpful and kind staff. Exceptional breakfast. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Perfect that you get towels to swim.

We were travelling with 3 teenagers, who -following the hotel advice- stayed in one bedroom. Well, we had to remind on the spot to set up the room for three people. Also, the rooms are not suitable for 3 people, specially because of the way the toilet and shower are set up: always one of those is fully exposed. Indoor swimminpool requires extra payment.

the internal swimming pool at the SPA area is paid! first, it should be allowed to guests (like in most hotels), and then ridiculously expensive for what it is

A very good hotel with all amenities available. Friendly staff. Good ambience in the reception. Comfortable room with good room service. Easy access to town. The staff could converse in english very well. The breakfast was brilliant.

Had to wait a long time for a taxi which was ordered by the reception. The problem is that, the reception orders the taxi but the driver is not given a name. Therefore when they reach the drive way, all the customers waiting for taxis run towards it and the first one in gets to go!!

Breakfast queue for omelettes. We were part of a very large group - about 200 people, and I think they couldn’t cope with so many people wanting cooked breakfasts! But they were all doing their best - and the food was nice A couple of the lights in our room didn’t work. Other than that no complaints

Very clean, rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was really good.

The staff could be more courteous given this is a 5 star Hotel, not that they were rude or anything, but there is a certain level to maintain in order to offer a 5 star appearance to the Hotel.

Good hotel with everything you would need. Gorgeous breakfast, spa zone, gym, big pool at the territory. Good place to stay with family or for couple.

After checking into the room there was a slight feeling of sticky floors. And after another cleaning we noticed someone's hair on the still wet floor.

Stayed in a suite, so expectations were high but it was even better than expected. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever encontered. The facilities are modern, spacious and well designed. The staff is super nice.

The coffee is supplied by Delta, a great Portuguese company that deserves to be supported, but unfortunately the coffee itself I find mediocre, at least compared to others in the same niche, like Nespresso and L'Or.

Nice breakfast and dinner buffet. There was a bottle of champagne and a sweet gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There is paid parking and free parking behind the hotel. Massage was good.

The staff needs more training, or perhaps the hotel needs more staff... It was a busy weekend and the service in bar and restaurant was slow. Also, there was a kettle, but no instant coffee... When I asked for it, I was told there was no instant coffee available for guests! In a five-star hotel, this is, to say the least, "strange". The spa services are good but not excellent.

Everything about the hotel was beyond beautiful. The space, the building, cleanliness, ambiance, the extravagant decor! It was all very lush and fabulous. Very airy and modern, great rooms, fabulous scenic view from ours on the 9th floor! Absolutely loved every minute of it, couldn't get enough pictures! Staff were very attentive during dining experience, both at breakfast and dinner meal! Glasses never ran dry, food was exceptionally fresh, perfectly seasoned, just beautiful.

Didn't really have much choice/options for non alcoholic beverages for those that didn't want mocktails.

This hotel delivers! Very modern, with spacious, stylish, and clean rooms! There is a gym, a spa, an inside and outside pools which are at your disposal. On sunny warms days, perfect to hang around the outside pool and sip some drinks. The breakfast is excellent here.

If I have to be really picky, that would be that the hotel is a bit further from the city center (45 min walk), and it is on the pricier side.
