I liked the helpful staff on site to assist with travel or unexpected needs. The location with a sunny room and a balcony was very nice.

Getting in and out of the tub is difficult because the tub wall is high and there are no grab bars. You have to actually get in the tub to turn on the shower which is challenging too. You have a lovely sunny room for breakfast and then you offer the most bland assortment and presentation of breakfast options in a room that looks like a hospital cafeteria. You should take advantage of what you have to offer and make it more special. Everyday I would drink all the water from the pitcher in my room and everyday I would see if the housekeep would refresh the water. The housekeep didn’t refresh the water, didn’t clear away used dishes, and didn’t replace towels.

Good location - 10 mins walk from Estoril beach. Lovely breakfast included. Secure parking (pre book) Staff all very kind and helpful.

The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and the common space was perfect for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the included breakfast: eggs made to order, wide tea selection, coffee, breads and pastries, Greek yogurt, variety of fresh fruit, meats and cheese, and cereals. The location is also convenient, close to the train stop and several restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful too!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good decoration. Breakfast was always nice with fresh breads and cakes, fruit and eggs as an option. It was great to have a kettle at breakfast so we could make a nice cup of tea. Pool was always quiet and we could always get some loungers to lie on. Reception was 24 hours so there was always someone there if we needed anything. Prices at the bar were reasonable. Staff members were always helpful and polite. Hotel was a short walk down to the centre of Estoril and about half an hours walk in to Cascais which seemed a much busier resort.

I think a slightly bigger menu for snacks would have been nice as only toasties and sandwiches available. It wasn't too much of a problem as we ordered Uber eats but more for ease if there were french fries or pizza available from the hotel it would have been easier.

The range of food at breakfast and how there were different choices of fruit, pastries and breads on different days. Having a pool to take a cool dip in the afternoon/ early evening, as some of the days were hot. Being able to have a glass of wine etc at the bar. The location and the building were lovely. Great to have help of staff with ordering taxis.

1.There was no extractor fan in the bathroom. It made the room very steamy and hard to blowdry my hair with all of the moisture in the air. 2. The hairdryer was not good quality; it had too much heat and not enough air/fan power. 3. Unable to use the air conditioning/ fan in the bedroom; this made it very uncomfortable on some of the nights. 4. Needed more hooks for damp towels/ robes.

I love everything! Beautiful garden, cozy room, cozy public area, friendly staff, comfortable bed, lovely view from the window, clean bathroom with perfect amenities, good breakfast with possibility to order eggs and quiet good coffee. I even had a chance to use swimming pool in October and it was amazing. Thank you for this place, I will come back.

Good selection at breakfast. Clean pool area and very good standard and size of rooms. Great Location, very easy to get to restaurants, beach and train station.

No drinking water in rooms or common areas. Bar was unmanned so felt like we were sometimes bothering the staff to get any.drinks or snacks.

Breakfast was quite bad - bread was bad and everything really basic. Don’t understand why as this is easily fixed ans wouldn’t even cost much. Doesn’t need to have all bells and whistles of big hotels etc but this was too basic and doesn’t match the level and charm of the rest. Easy to fix - it’s more a question of wanting / caring about the guests

We really enjoyed our stay - in a great location, friendly staff, everything you need for a week away. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, fresh bread, eggs made on request and good coffee. We would recommend the place.

Our only criticism is the pillows, which is didn't find that comfy.

Great location, a short walk from the ocean front and with good restaurants nearby. Being a guest house the unit has a cozy and homely feel not often found in large hotels. Lovely mid century decor of the guest lounges. The room was spacious and airy, generous bathroom. Very nice continental breakfast, eggs were just right and fruit very fresh.
