24/7 Sauna with really good Rain showers. Free portuguise tarts to eat at the bar. Excellent staff with superb customer service.

The so called gym does not have anything to work out with. It is not usable to keep up yopur muscle training. A bike and some stuff for running are available. The windows could have a better sound profing. Even in the 8th level you still hear all the street noise with closed windows.

Everything from check in to check out. To the location. To the surrounding. I was here for one night but loved it. Il the room was spacious and clean.

It’s a new hotel. Bed is big and comfortable.

The lady at the reception was arrogant, treating us as if we were staying there for free. Very unpleasant first impression, especially after a long journey. Room is very simple for that category of the hotel, just bed, very small table and two chairs. Safe is just put to the wardrobe, not connected to the wall, so you can take it out with everything inside. Bathroom has unpleasant smell, especially in the morning. Number of lifts is very limited for such big building, you have to wait a long time.

Excellent location, close to Airport, Oriente Train and Subway station, the Vasco de Gamma shopping mall there, as well as two blocks from the water front by Parque de Nacoes with a lot of terraces and restaurants. Good price in July for this class of hotel. Nice rooftop pool. It's location, outside the complicated streets of older city, also makes it relatively easy to get to by car and it's a good base for last days, after you've returned the rental car.

Thought breakfast cost per person was a little expensive, chose to have breakfast instead at one of the many options nearby. Also hotel airport shuttle price doesn't make sense considering how cheap a cab is or how close subway station is.

A bit of walk (10-12 min) from the train / bus / metro terminals - it’s kind of tiring for carrying big luggage even with wheels on Odd or old design having closet next to one side of bed - making access inconvenient Non-detachable hangers pretty old fashioned and not user friendly Only 1 hook inside the bathroom Only 1 luggage rack - how’s about the 2nd guest in the room - where to put the luggage? Lighting- the down side : night mode has light on at the ceiling and shower area ( a semi-transparent glasses allow lights pass through so clear) - it’s almost like turn on lights for the room - not user friendly

The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything worked. Amenities included, such as towels and shampoo, were lovely. Food from the restaurant and room service was excellent. Staff were all very accommodating. In terms of location, the area is quite quiet when I was there and the hotel is very close to the Lisbon Oceanarium; ATMs nearby and from the hotel, it's only a 6-8 minute walk to Oriente Metro station. Also, it's a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Nothing that I didn't like, although room service and minibar were a bit pricey, so I didn't use it often!

Nice facility, great location. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff was really helpful. Comfortable lobby area, both for doing some work or just sit and relax. Good selection of drinks in the bar. Special thanks for the guy in charge of the bar, brilliant cocktails and service.

Wellness center can benefit from having drinking water. On arrival tried to ring hotel, nobody answers the phone. On a plus side, they always answered massages.

This is going to be the last of 3 reviews as I stated in the first review that we loved our stay so much that we booked a room at the hotel 2 more times during our road trip to Azores. The service is great. The rooms were fantastic. I love the fact that they offer body wash, shampoo AND condition in their showers. The bathroom is the highlight. Being an avid traveler and having been to many different hotels/hostels/guesthouses, it is well worth the price to have a reliable bathroom with a comfortable shower. It is also extremely convenient to get to from the airport, only 4 stops away. The staff is great.

Being that this place is close to the airport, it also means it is further out from the city. It takes about 40 mins by car or train to get to the city center. But its easily accessible and the cost for a taxi/uber is quite affordable.
