This is a pseudo-luxury apartment with excellent views. It is very clean, and cleaned daily with good security and a doorman. The location is good, but not great since you are a beyond walking distance from the city center and most of the sights in Lisbon. It's also very close to the airport. A free, and private, ride from the airport to the building was provided with the reservation through booking.com as well.

A 20 Euro "City Tax" is collected at the desk during check-in, despite the room being advertised to include all taxes and fees. Additionally, there was a 250 Euro "Security Deposit" for damages. The security deposit is fully refundable, and I had no issues getting it refunded, but it is still uncommon to see such a high deposit required nowadays. The staff were very polite in general, but some of the staff and many of the locals clearly dislike tourists or non-Portuguese. When simply saying hello or thank you (even in the Portuguese language), numerous people just glare at you and refuse to respond at all as if they are offended by your presence.

In general the property is well manage, exactly what it was described on the website. The communication with the reception was well, they provided everything that we needed at the time, it’s a 24h reception and there were cleaners for every 2 days. It’s an away from home home I would say! If you are a big group or family I would def recommend this place! Location wise it’s closed to everything! You have coffee shops on the same street, a supermarket on a block away and the parque das nações just right there! The electric scooter does an excellent job to explore around for those who doesn’t want to walk. The metro station and the shopping mall is a 5 to 10 minute walk. Oh and if you are travel in the summertime, there’s AC! All in all out family of 5 had a lovely 7 nights in this apartment!

The room is so spacious . We had the 2 bedrooms suite. It also has 2 bathrooms and that was awesome. So many closets. The shower is so good. Beds are so comfortable. It also has a full kitchen fully equipped. Every staff we saw was so nice. It’s a great location too. Close to grocery store, mall so many restaurants. We walked to the gondola. Amazing!

The only thing I did not like, it was advertised it has laundry washer and dryer, however it only has washer. That is NOT a dryer, although they said it was. We had to let our clothes dry in the living room. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!

I liked almost everything in the unit. I was able to get things that were important to me. There is silence, cleanliness, hot water, and all the small amenities of any ordinary house.

I was not too fond of three things only. The most bothered thing is the very poor Wi-Fi. It downloads and mainly uploads files very slowly, sometimes absolutely not. Second, your company doesn't provide free access to any wellness centre or gym. The last one doesn't bother at all, but it spoils the beautiful picture of the home. This is the pretty badly scratched bed headrest.

Loved the location - close to everything you need, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The unit itself has everything you need and the only reason I am not giving 5 stars for everything is because the unit needs some attention - door handles coming loose, many light bulbs not working, so there is some maintenance that needs to be done, but overall this is really a fantastic place to stay.

Great to have access to the washer/drier. Large comfortable bed. We were on the 24th floor so had a great view. Bus stop outside to take you to the station. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

There was only one lift operating to all 24 floors. The windows did not seem to be double glazed so a bit of noise from the nearby metro line. The coffee table was a bit too large for the room and made the seating a bit crowded.

Great location near Oriente station, MEO Arena and Vasco da Gama shopping center. And close to bridge and airport so easy to access Easy to get to central Lisbon by metro Quiet thanks to high floor Amazing views

I chose Panoramic Living because I needed to visit the conference area nearby for 3 days in a row. The hotel is really clean and all the staff is so great. Everything was completely perfect. Moreover, you can find everything in the "Centro Vasco da Gama" shopping center close to the hotel, where many shops are open until midnight. Public transport is really easy from the Hotel area. But if you don't want to use public transportation, you can choose Uber. (It costs around 12-14 euros to reach the popular parts of the city with Uber) Thanks for everything!

I went to that 2-day trip to Lisboa for work, so I picked the location based on that. However, by Metro I was also at the city center in about 30 min, so I was also able to walk around quite a lot in my spare time. Comfortable, clean, equipped with everything an apartment needs, and with an impressive view (from the 24th floor, see attached picture), the booked apartment was all it promised to be, and then some! The staff really friendly and helpful with good tips on where to go (and how), and what to see (especially helpful with my limited time availability). Wi-fi was also excellent and free!

If I had to write something "negative", it would be that the hot water took about 2-3 min to come to the 24th floor, which was not such a big deal anyway (I was informed right on arrival on the fact and took my measures).

Although out of the centre of Lisbon, the area where this apartment is is a new vibrant area with lots of restaurants, a huge shopping mall and the oceanarium nearby is a must see attraction. In easy access to old Lisbon by the Metro. There is a huge supermarket nearby. Room set up for self catering, but with so many restaurants nearby why not try them all! The property itself is clean and run very efficiently. Everything was good and the view from the 23rd floor was great. Staff were very helpful always.
