This is a fantastic hotel located on the Avenida da Liberdade which is a beautiful boulevard. Hotel was exceptional and fantastic value considering location and quality of rooms and services. Room was bigger than average and so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent there was a great choice of breads, cold meats, fruits everything needed to start off the day. Location was perfect for exploring Lisbon. We also had a meal in the restaurant which I would highly recommend as food was to a very high standard and I would certainly visit the restaurant again if and when I return to Lisbon. Compliments to the chef. Also staff could not have been more helpful so friendly and polite and there at all times to help and assist. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Lisbon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Directly across from Metro. High end shopping all around.

It was a bit of a walk to restaurants. We didn't mind, but it's something to be aware of.

Location was ace, right next to metro Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, very clean and well organised

No relaxing area, like a lounge or sofas to chill and read a book or something Breakfast was great for continental with nice breads etc. hot food on the buffet was absolutely rubbish and stone cold

Super staff, room was well appointed. Restaurant (food) and bar were also great. I felt that I could relax in a living-room environment in the bar area. Lastly, great value

The staff was extremely nice! We arrived quite late in the evening and despite this, the people at the reception were explaining everything enthusiastically. They were very proactive and nice every time we entered the building. The room was comfy, with a nice design and it was also very clean! We really appreciated the nearly soundproof double windows. Our room was facing the main road, but we could barely hear the traffic if the window was closed. We did not try the breakfast (ate out instead), but the staff offered us to take a look at the bufe before we make a decision on paying for breakfast. (We didn't look at the end.)

We liked that the location was quite accessible to restaurants and places we wanted to go to. The breakfast was great! The size of the room we had was perfect. But the best thing about the hotel was its staff especially PEDRO PINTO who was very pleasant and accommodating!

We would have rated the hotel to be superb or exceptional if not for our clogged bathroom sink. To be fair they had been quick to have it checked as soon as we complained about it. Staff tried to fix it but it was still clogged up until we left. For a four star hotel it didn't offer complimentary bottled water and you had to pay if you wanted more coffee in your room.

I would say i‘ve never had such a friendly personal working like there. The Rooms were really nice and big.

The Breakfast could be a little bit more fresh.

The beds were soooooo comfy! The location of the hotel was perfect. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. However, still close enough to walk to all the main attractions! Very clean hotel.

The staff at the front desk took a long time to check us in, and they were speaking Portuguese the entire time and we could tell they were talking about us. It was 11:30pm, we just got off a plane and we just wanted our room. They spoke to us with perfect English, so why do you need to speak in Portuguese and keep looking at us? It is quite obvious. The hotel charged us for something out of the mini fridge and we didn't have anything. Upon checkout we told them we had nothing, and our card was charged later when we were had already left Portugal.

The team is kind and welcoming especially the receptionists in the morning, the king gentlemen in the entrance to the hotel and the staff that helped for ordering elevator for us. We upgraded our room so the team was kind enough to transfer our belongings to the new room while we were traveling , the breakfast is nice, we were able to leave our suitcases in safe keeping until our flight and we were also offered to go to a special area for refreshing ourselves before the flight (after we already checked out) no charge.
