Spacious, clean, comfortable, central, perfect for 5 people. 5th floor is okay, less noise from stairwell.

I thought I’ ve read that the appartment had 3 bathrooms, for each bedroom 1 bathroom. But it only had 2 bathrooms.

Location fantastic. We are amateur photographers and the area around the apartment is filled with photographic opportunities! Surrounded with places to sit down and eat or just grab a coffee.

For 3 separate individuals the bedrooms were vastly differing in facilities. As you probably normally let to families this was not a fault in the apartment but just wasn't ideal for us as the downstairs had very little hanging space for clothes etc. Fabulous kitchen but we were taking a rest from cooking and ate out.

Apartment is spacious for a family of 5 but there is a disparity in room sizes, one quite small, one huge and one medium. Right in the heart of things so location is excellent. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is a pizzeria and noodle house adjacent the ground floor entrance but we ate at both and they were good. No noise from them. The property was clean and the beds comfortable. Good sized kitchen with coffee machine, fridge freezer, cooker, kettle etc. Cutlery and crockery provided. Small supermarket a few minutes walk away and a great brunch place 5 minutes walk away (breakfastlovers - adjacent the cathedral). We had a concierge available on whatsapp to advise on trips, things to do etc. We didn't meet the hosts or concierge face to face but communications were easy via phone, email or whatsapp.

The TV box didn't work. The outflow extractors from the ground floor restaurants seemed to open out above our 5th floor windows at the rear of the property so if the window was open there was a very slight odour, however the air conditioning works well so there is no real need to open the windows at the rear. No problem with opening the windows at the front.

They were very efficient at sending the info for accessing the unit on the day of arrival. The kitchen and other areas were upgraded and very nice. Had a lift so made it easier to access the top floor where the apartment was located. Staff were very efficient in responding to requests for assistance with certain issues and had someone over to the unit right away. The apartment is so close to many sites, it made it easy for us to get everywhere!

There were a few issues with functioning things like the kitchen sink falling, the toilet seat upstairs not attached, and the drainage system for two of the showers, but I must say they responded quickly in sending someone over to repair these immediately! Washer/dryer combo: dryer doesnʻt dry items bu tthey were going to check this out the day we left.

Absolutely loved the apartment it was so spacious and spotlessly clean with every amenity that we could possibly need for a wonderful 4 night stay and exceptionally comfortable beds too.Great to have the recommendations sheet too for restaurants etc that was so helpful.We will definitely highly recommend this apartment to all our friends !

We weren't too sure about how to use the coffee machine but that was such a minor point and it didn't affect our stay .

Large place, modern (recently renovated), great location, hosts answered phone and helped, has elevator and AC.

Bolt sticking out of floor in front of toilet caught my foot one night. Hot water didn't work when we arrived, had to call host to get info to reset hot water. Front door to street does not latch correctly and is broken. This is a serious security concern, as it's highly trafficked area and this takes away a security barrier. Parking is not close.

Ideally located !! Great confort. Very spacious . Very quiet.

The Coffee machine is just unknown !!! What is this "Delta" coffee machine. Please REPLACE with a NESPRESSO !!! The luggage service is located 1km away from the appartment. Not a good idea. Also this is 5eur by luggage that you need to pay in cash ...... why not with Credit Card ? Appart that, you will ABSOLUTELY enjoy this appartment.

The premises was beautiful. Old world charm, yet also sleek and modern. Very comfortably furnished. Very close to transportation (2 blocks to all the buses!), and very close to the waterfront and the beach. Tons of cafes and restaurants on every block. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay… Also, the staff is absolutely amazing. accommodating to all my needs, very patient, very professional.

I wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Me and my kids were so impressed with this place. Huge duplex apartment, more than enough room for 3 of us, all the facilities you could require. If I return to Lisbon, I'll definitely be looking to book it again. The staff are helpful and swift it replying. Stayed in Lisbon 3 times now, without question this was the best apartment and the best location 👌🏾

Beautiful spacious apartment, right in the tourist area of Lisbon. Great facilities. Great value for money

The toilet in the ensuite refilled every few minutes and woke us up at night. Not great communication from the owners - they never replied to any of my messages.
