The property has amazing location, close to everything, restaurants, attractions, the beach side, tram and train stations. The service is amazing, the manager Sandrina and the whole crew are incredibly nice and attentive. Before I booked it, I was worried about the noise as it’s so close to the tram line, turned out we could barely hear it as the windows are double glazed/sound proofed. Also the tram service stops during night time. The facilities are all new and clean. It has everything we need, they even give you small packs of olive oil which comes in very handy when we cook.

The apartment is in a great location in the oldtown, close to plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants. The apartment itself was fantastic - really clean and spacious. I really liked that they had a daily room cleaning service as part of your stay if you wanted it (hang a sign on the door - hotel room style) , so when you got back after a day out, the beds were remade, rooms tidied and coffee capusles restocked! The lady at reception was really friendly & helpful. 10/10 - highly recommended!

One small point to note which is not a complaint - but a simple fact. The lift up to the upper levels is a fairly compact four-person lift (this is the nature of renovated older buildings) which might affect some people, my daughter was not a fan!

1. THE STAFF: Very friendly, kind, and helpful. The receptionist was always so gracious and kind. We were given presents for Christmas and New Year as a token of good faith for staying long-term. The cleaning staff were very kind and thorough with their cleaning. 2. THE LOCATION: Amazing location! Central to everything and yet quiet as Rua Da Prata is not allowed to be driven on by cars and other vehicles. 3. CLEANLINESS : Very clean. 4. COMPLETE KITCHEN WITH WONDERFUL AMENITIES : As we stayed for around 3 weeks, it's important to have a well-equipped kitchen.

1. For long-term stays, consider adding a Smart TV that has Netflix and other channels in English. 2. Add a big bowl in the kitchen for salads or mixing.

The location can't be beaten - it's very convenient for sightseeing in Lisbon and for day trips out of Lisbon. There are lots of options for eating out and self catering close by. It's a lovely apartment, very well appointed, spacious, light filled and most importantly it's quiet. If anything, the photos don't really do it justice. We found having a reception desk was a huge bonus and the two Anas at reception were very friendly and helpful. We arrived after 6pm when reception closes, but the instructions for self check in we were given were very simple and worked perfectly.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment, within walking distance of most sights and public transit. Very close to Alfama and Rossio square. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Many good restaurants right outside the door or around the corner. I recommend Taberna de Baixa and Taberna o Lis, and an Indian restaurant, Swaagat, Taste of India. Finally, I cannot express enough our appreciation for the desk clerk, Ana, who was extremely helpful and accommodating from the very beginning of our trip to the end. She arranged transfers to and from the airport seamlessly and quickly, even when we changed plans. Answered any and all questions we had. And she was always patient and smiling. Thank you so much, Ana. We loved our stay here, and we loved Lisbon.

My only criticism is the two safes inside the apartment did not work. But the apartment lobby and building seemed very secure, so we were not too worried about our luggage and belongings while we left for the day.

We loved everything! The room size was perfect for us, we were traveling with a baby so it was great to have a bedroom and living room. The kitchen was fully equipped, the location was good, close to main elevators, shopping and restaurants :) Lastly, the staff was very nice and willing to help us. Hope to come back soon.

If I have to look for sometime I didn't like, I would say that there was construction right outside the hotel entrance so we had to hop over the sidewalk to get in but I assume this is temporary. Also, there is a church with bells ringing several times a day across the street, but it didn't really bother us and didn't wake up the baby :)

The hosts at this apartment hotel are simply wonderful. I have no words. They assisted us beyond expectations with everything related to observing Shabbat - opening doors, entering the elevator and the apartment. It's truly exceptional. Additionally, the hotel provided luggage storage, which is very convenient for those with a late flight. The hotel's location is very central, in a flat and very safe area. The apartments are lovely and well-equipped, and I highly recommend it. We felt at home.

The only thing that bothered us was the weak water pressure in all the taps and the shower in the apartment.

Great location and rooms were spacious, clean and have everything you need including a fully functioning kitchen and washer/dryer. Really appreciated the kindness and accommodations provided by Sandrina and Anna. We had a very early arrival and they allowed us to check in to one of the two rooms we had immediately so that the kids and our families could rest which was much needed after a very long day of travel. We have stayed in many Airbnbs/Aparthotels and this one has exceeded our expectations in every way and set the bar very high!

There is nothing that could have been better!

Great place for our week long stay in Libson. The Apartment has room, including a full kitchen, laundry, and living room. it is quiet and private, with a large size bedroom and closet. It was a great place to use a home base. The location was great for our purposes - located across the street from a 12th Century church, near many restaurants and shops, and between equal walking distance between Aflama and Barrio Alto. The apartment staff were helpful. We checked in right at the end of the day and were given check in instructions. Ultimately, staff were available when we arrived and made had everything prepared for us, allowing for an easy and efficient check in. Staff were also responsive by email, offering an airport pick up and providing local tips about places to go and see nearby.

Everything was as promised and worked as expected. Staff at the front desk were quite friendly and helpful. The clothes washer (and drier combo!) is always a welcome thing when on international travels. Clean, friendly, well located. All good.

A safe in the room would be a welcome addition. And, speaking of security, watch your belongings when out and about; I had my camera removed/stolen from my sling pack on a very non-crowded walk in the neighborhood - pickpockets in Lisbon are VERY good at what they do (this is NOT an issue with the accommodation, just a warning to visitors).
