The breakfast served at the hotel is exemplary in terms of protein, carbohydrate and vitamin balance. The products are fresh, not kept in the fridge, the display and presentation is very nice, the beverage section is more than sufficient compared to the first time I stayed, new coffee machines have been purchased and the variety for coffee lovers has been increased. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a healthy breakfast with fresh products in a nice atmosphere while starting the day is the first step to start your day in Lisbon pleasantly and happily. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. Staying at Pestana CR 7, which we chose when we first arrived because it was close to the square, is like staying in the heart of the city. Moreover, when you are in the center, you are also in silence and peace. You can reach the metro with about a 2-minute walk and reach all centers of the city easily and quickly. If you want a different means of transportation, tuktuks departing from in front of the hotel (cute, airy and nostalgic) can be an alternative and enjoyable transportation method.

There is nothing I don't like about the hotel.

Location is fantastic, rooms tidy and clean. Booked breakfast on the last day as had eaten out each morning but this was so much better than where my friends were staying or anywhere else if you like an English breakfast. Bonus of a gym which was accessible if required, would stay again and I am not a Ronaldo fan either !!

When I compare where my friends stayed at two other locations, there was nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is perfectly located: easy access by foot to most os the attractions,Rossi train station is 10 min walking distance, available public transportation near by to get to Belem for ex. We didn't have breakfast included, it was an additional 20Euro per person. We thought it's a bit expensive considering there are ton of cafes around with freshly baked pastries and other oprions for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Thereis no option to adjust temp in the room, but once we contacted reception, staff adjusted it for us quickly. It's a small inconviniemce though in the design of the hotel I think.

Service was exceptional. From our arrival and request during our stay, staff was very accommodating. Even their trainee, Sofia, was very professional and was very hospitable throughout our stay. Location was perfect too. It was walking distance to the musuem, plaza, and other tourist site. Will definitely recommend and will come back again on our next trip to Lisbon.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, next to Lisbon's most important square. The metro is very close to you, all the restaurants and cafes are next to the hotel, the shops for shopping are just a 1-minute walk away. You also have the chance to see the magnificent "Roman Galleries" under the stairs on the "Rua da Prata" from the middle of the street right next to the hotel (vehicle traffic is closed). You have the opportunity to watch visual sound and music shows in the biggest square next to you. I was also in the hotel in 2017. It is a place that still maintains high standards and its staff sets an example for all hotels. Rooms, beds and interior design are perfect for living the luxury, simplicity and privilege with modern touches in a historical building. The breakfast, on the other hand, is at a level that makes people happy to start the day in a beautiful city, satisfying both visually and in terms of taste and variety. The products are prepared daily, not ready from the refrigerator. Above all, a nice and enjoyable start in a warm atmosphere. In addition, the hotel is only 15-20 minutes walking distance from this magnificent place called "TIME OUT" where you can see the current energy of the people and where the food culture is experienced. For those who love sports, the sports bar in the evenings/game times is a spiritual therapy center with the energy it carries. The hotel is the address of cleanliness, simplicity, friendly service and a peaceful holiday in the center of the city in a preserved historical building.

Great location. Staff were great, especially the ladies who cleaned our room. Breakfast was very good.

Not enough space to hang clothes and drawers. A luggage rack would have been useful. The room seemed small. I booked a deluxe room and I asked reception if it was the correct size as the one next door seemed like it was the correct size we should have been allocated.

Excellent location. Would have loved a pool or some kind of outdoor seating but we can not complain at all about the hotel. Front desk staff is wonderful, so very helpful. We had a breakfast included with our stay but could attend it due to our flight. The front desk made sure we each had a bag of food to head to the airport with. We also received a free drink in the bar attached.

Breakfast had wide variety of options, location is PERFECT. very clean hotel and very comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Brilliant place to stay in Lisboa I will stay here on my next visit

Could use more light in the rooms

The location was perfect. The room was very clean and quiet. I surely recommend it.

The wardrobe was small. The room had two single beds attached together instead of one double bed as per our request. The problem was that the one of the two beds was almost broken and the beds were seperated. Which made our stay not so comfortable. Also two lamps were found broken.

The room was small but very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon. We felt safe walking back at night.

The shampoo was watered down. There were no facial tissues in the room.
