Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Fabulous views over the beach and the biggest indoor pool we have encountered in Portugal.

A kettle and cups to make a hot drink before going down to breakfast would have been good.

View is wonderful, both the sea view as well as the mountain/hill view. Breakfast is very good. Facilities around the hotel are excellent: you have the beaches around the hotel, the natural park (for hiking, jogging and cycling), the small river for boat exploration. And there is sport/fun park just right to the hotel where you can play tennis, and all sorts of other activies (rappel, tree climbing, archery, etc.). This sport/fun park is great if you're traveling with kids.

This is a very good hotel, right in front of the Atlantic Ocean with a great outdoor pool and direct access to the beach. The staff is very kind, professional and always ready to help. For a 3 star hotel, the breakfast has a very decent variety and the bar is amazing, located on the 3rd floor with a huge terrace with view over the river, hills and ocean. For €25 you can have a very rich buffet dinner (including water). The beds are comfortable and I advise to book a room with balcony and sea view. behind the hotel there is a children's club (paid separately) with lots of activities for children of different ages. Although this is only a 3 star hotel, it will be very hard to find a better hotel nearby.

Check in is only at 16:00 but check out is until 12:00. I would have preferred a check in at 14:00 and check out by 10:00.

The hotel is in a very good location on top of a cliff with great views. There are views of the inland hills near the hotel, the river near the hotel leading to the sea and the beach and the coast line. The hotel has a great lobby, bar and dining room and swimming pools. There is a very good breakfast buffet.

The rooms are dated and are in need of renovations and new furniture.

Our room on the last floor (12th) had a lovely view of the ocean. The room itself was spacious for 2 people, mini fridge and safe were available. The staff were polite during our stay. Nice area around the outdoor pool. The breakfast area is also overlooking the ocean and there were plenty of breakfast options. We extended our stay by 1 day.

Good location. Very good room (maybe a little worn but it is O.K.), with balcony and ocean view. Free parking. Excellent pool. Very good breakfast with ocean view. Possibility for dinner. Nice surroundings, good beaches near. Good price/quality ratio. You are the best on my long trip through Portugal. I want to repeat it again..:).... Good luck

It is big, nice view, pretty good location, parking places around. Good breakfast and nice dinner option.

I saw comments saying hotel is old and needs some renovations and I agree with it, however restaurant and pull area is pretty new and clean. As well they have lunches and dinner option that should be possible to book via booking as a whole package because before we did not know. There is not much restaurant around.

The food is excellent and the service very attentive. The views are gorgeous and the hotel is very comfortable and spacious.

I was disappointed in the fact that the outdoor swimming pool was closed down (guests should be warned before coming). It was also disappointing that there were not enough pool lounge chairs out on the balconies that could be used by guests (it would have been easy to put some 2 chairs outside on the balcony above the indoor swimming pool).

Location is stunning on the Cliffs directly overlooking the Ocean. No A/C so had to have balcony door and windows opened. Loved the sound of the Ocean

No A/C in rooms and the worst thing was the lifts, there are 2 very small lifts 5 people only serving a very large capacity hotel which was full. At times we waited 20 mins. Had to carry my luggage 7 floors to checkout.

Gorgeous location with spectacular views. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely to fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean. Staff are lovely and despite the hotel having lots of guests, it's big enough and well organised enough to cope.

Nothing. Second time we've been, so we clearly like it.
