Beautiful place, cozy and very clean. Nice thought-through interiors with big and small warm lights. All the common areas stayed clean during the day. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, more than enough food to start a long day. Easy check-in. Overall a really, really nice experience. I’ve never been so satisfied with a hotel stay on the continent. It contributed greatly to my positive impression of the island.

Small inconveniences like holes in the bedding or difficulties to get warm water. Still an excellent place for its price. The room doors are thin and you can hear what’s going on in the hall and in other rooms. The downstairs bar is also quite loud, which can be a problem for someone who needs 100% quiet surroundings. For us it wasn’t, and even with all the noise we got to sleep damn well. I would be happy to see mirrors in the room next time :) There’s one big mirror downstairs at the entrance so it’s not a big deal.

The Check in was very smooth, we had a very late flight, so we received the code for the front door and when we arrived we called them and they just gave us the room number as the key was in the door of the room :)

The room is not very big and the bed make some extra noise. Plus the AC is not the normal sealing one, so we had it making some noise throughout the whole night. Another thing which is really weird, the toilet is very elivated so for people who are not very tall like me 1.6m, cannotg do their feet on the floor while peeing 🤔🤣

The room was beautiful and the balcony was such a nice space to spend the mornings. It was so pleasant to get quick and easy responses to my questions, it felt very welcoming! The location is wonderful and my stay was all around enjoyable.

Location is perfect, where comfy to reach all parts of Ponta Delgada. Cleaning service is every three days but if you need to change towels earlier it is not problem. Easy entrance to the building and hosts are reachable and ready to help.

Lovely interior, room looks better than in the pictures, spacious. There's a shared lounge too. Location very central, next to the church. The list of restaurants provided by owners was very useful, had a great dinner (although some are super popular, so book in advance or write down few options if not ready to wait for an hour or more).

It's very central so there can be a bit of street noise.

Very comfy beds, we felt like we cant even get off them. The room has high ceiling and it makes the room feel very spacious. The private bathroom is nice and clean, only problem was waiting in shower for hot water, but it was OK after few minutes. The shared kitchen was nice surprise!

Incredibly responsive and helpful flat owners/managers, ready to answer all the questions and give tips from locals. Location of the Casa is super central, but still on rather quiet street. As an advantage, I would point out the kitchen and living room, which are both daily cleaned by the stuff.

Cleanliness in the room was on ok level - I would recommend cleaning the furniture as well, because one could have notice dust, hair, etc.

Sharing bathroom but those shared facilities were very clean of good quality. I also knew in advance so it wasn’t a problem at all, just a preference.

Somewhat aging building; crack in white ceiling disguised with grey tape (white tape would have been better…).

We stayed in a double bedroom with own bathroom. Property included also a kitchen, which was normally equipped. The room was spacious. Property was located right in the centre of the town, so in a walking distance from all the sights, restaurants, cafes etc. Good for a few nights stay.

The room had a small balcony with a view to the busy street, which was really noisy during the night, mainly due to a bar close to the property. Not really recommended for a family with kids. The other big minus is quite a long time for hot water to flow in shower. Property is more a hostel type accommodation.
