The hotel was clean, and confortable. And above all, it was very well situated, close to the city center and very close to the metro station that takes you to the airport.

I agree we all need to save water, but the sink did not drain well, or quickly: I guess this is a way of keeping hosts from opening the tap and letting the water run without control, which is very reasonable. The same thinking may be behind the fact that there were no courtains in the shower, nor panels large enough to efficiently stop the water in the shower from spilling out on to the bathroom floor. Again, the thinking behind this (i.e. saving water) is very reasonable, but I am sure that there must be other ways to do this, both efficient and also convenient from the user's point of view.

Basic hotel with a great location. The room was comfortable and clean.

They didn't allow us to leave out luggage at the hotel after the check-out.

A small but very modern, clean, neat and tidy room with ensuite. Very secure - you need a card to operate the lift up! And an excellent location just over the road from the Trindade Metro station (for transport from the airport, etc) and 5 mins from the impressive Av dos Aliados and from there, leading down to all the main sights of this beautiful city.

We knew beforehand that the room didn't have tea or coffee-making facilities, but this was the biggest downside of the booking - had these been be provided it would have been 10/10. We also knew breakfast was not provided: we found 2 good places just down the road ... though getting a gool old cuppa was not easy anywhere in Porto!!

Comfortable and silently. Location is perfect considering even public transportation and place to park your car very close and easily.

The sensor light into bathroom still on after leaving the place for a long time and without option to switch off. The door handle was broken. The breakfast is served outside the hotel but and in the same sidewalk, however the voucher is very restricted to 1 slice of cheese, 1 of ham, 1 bread, 1 croissant, 1 jam, 1 butter, 1 juice and 1 hot beverage. The quality of bakeries and partner are very good!

Modern hotel that is well maintained. 2 lifts to all floors. Free coffee etc in the reception / lounge. Room was a good size. Walk in shower in the bathroom. Comfy bed. Room was quiet. Great location opposite Trindade Metro Station. Cafe next door was excellent for drinks and light meals.

Not a lot. You receive vouchers for breakfast at the cafe / shop next door. We ordered off the breakfast menu and when we came to give to give the vouchers in were told they did not qualify for the food we had just had. So be careful and ensure the cafe staff know you are using the hotel vouchers. Therefore cost us 15 euros (but was worth it)

Location, cleanliness, short distance to the city centre and historic sites. Right opposite the hotel is a metro station .In general, good bus connection to, e.g. , Matosinhos to get to the Atlantic.

Breakfast. Limited. The same croissants, the same ham and cheese everyday (continental, not buffet style). Better option is to book a room without breakfast included in the price, since the café next door (where the breakfast is arranged for) offers a variety bread rolls, buns and different kinds of croissants or quiche.

The room was clean and functional. The bed was super comfy! I loved it all, and being so close to the metro station was perfect! Incredibly easy getting to from the airport as well as around the city. However it is so close to the center and river bank that I walked most of the time. The breakfast is in the cafe right next door, simple sandwich, croissant and coffee( and juice ) and all was fresh and tasty and the server was super nice, so I think it's worth it. Overall great experience!

Location is just brilliant, in a minute walk to Trindade station. My room was on the highest floor which comes with nice view. It was pretty quite on my floor, except the days closer to weekend when you can hear some noise from places nearby. I was also able to check in after midnight without any problem. Breakfast was the same every day but good quality and the waitress was fine to bring me pastel de nata instead of croissant.

Mold in a shower spoils the impression.

very nice and cozy hotel, not the fanciest but really good and practical, my room was great, bed was comfortable, a/c worked perfect and shower was overall great. I had a little balcony which was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi was great and I had no issues. my biggest pro about this hotel is LOCATION, it is 1 minute from probably the most convenient metro station in the city, it connects directly to the airport, Campanha train station, downtown, Gaia and everything you need. there are also a lot of buses in the area, and even if you feel like walking to the center of the city it's completely do-able as Porto is pretty small. also nice selection of restaurants nearby and a vending machine is available for snacks.

walls were pretty thin or my neighbors were pretty loud doing some nights, but not that bad. it was nice if the shower had a curtain or even better a glass to prevent water from splashing all over the floor.

Great location near Trindade metro station. Super handy for exploring. Within walking distances to many places of interest. Friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. Ideal for a short city break.

If you opt for breakfast you end up going to the coffee shop up the road. What is available is limited to hotel guests. The food is fine, but during busy periods locals are served over hotel guests. Has to be a better system than this. With 2 coffee shops beside the hotel you could go to either & pick what you like freely.
