I was the first customer of this wonderful hotel. The reception was more than wonderful. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel manager received us with a great welcome and offered us a wellcome drink. The receptionist himself transported the bags upstairs. The rooms were very wonderful and the decor was very luxurious and... The mattresses are very comfortable, the window and door are soundproof, the food is very delicious and the drinks are delicious beyond description. If you want to feel very luxurious, I recommend this hotel. I would like to thank the Vincci Bonjardim Hotel and all those responsible for it. I will return soon to stay in this wonderful hotel, which made my stay in Porto very wonderful and exceptional.

Rooftop area, room facilities, styling, good breakfast options, but extremely busy at all times.

No hot breakfast options, eating cold bacon and eggs not the best. Location good, but street not the best, groups hanging around, boarded up shops and graffiti. Wouldn't want to walk on the street late at night.

My husband and I loved 😍 our stay ar Vincci Bonjardim. The room was comfortable and extremely clean, the roof top bar and restaurant were very handy and food was good too. However I must emphasise that the staff in this hotel were a dream come true. From day one reception and concierge gave us a warm welcome and were always there to assist. The staff in the restaurant at roof top level were very accommodating, special reference to Maria,, the Italian young hostess who spoke many languages Then came the cherry on the cake a lavish breakfast with a great choice of items, something you must wake up for and not miss out on the fresh baked bread, pastries, cheeses, eggs, bacon etc etc etc. We were in very good hands with the amazing Camile at the helm of the morning routine, her warm smile and friendly attitude made our day ! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday a comfortable and relaxed stay. PS I nearly forgot to say that Besides all the bus routes surrounding our hotel, the city Metro is literally at the foot of the street where the hotel is situated. 🙏

We lived everything about this hotel, all was top notch

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety to suit our tastes each day and was regularly replenished. Staff were very helpful and genuinely interested in our daily plans and would offer advice if asked. The hotel is a 15 to 20 min walk down hill to the Douro River and the hustle of the city. The walk back up may not be suitable for everyone. We found the hotel location to our liking as we were far enough away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the river front area. The hotel's Rooftop Bar / Restaurant / Pool Area was like an oasis within the city.

I'm not sure that I can find fault with the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms or the friendliness of the staff. We experienced a great holiday whilst there.

Not the hotels fault, but if someone in the room next/above you took a shower you heard the water rinsing through the walls. This happened very early morning (before 6) 2 days in a row, so we were not able to realy sleep in. In case you have a light sleep, bring earplugs. I would stay again, but be more prepared. As we did not have space to place the spare pillows we put them on the ground. Next day they were in our bed again. May be provide space to store them accordingly.

This hotel was a treat. The staff was very nice; the rooftop terrace and bar were small, but welcoming; the pool was tiny, but looked inviting; the bed was king size and firm; and the towels were the largest and fluffiest we’ve ever had in a hotel. Instant coffee and tea, and a bottle of water, were refreshed daily. There was also a minibar for a fee. There were lots of hangars in the closet, and no drawers. There was a safe, blackout curtains, good lighting, shampoo, bath gel, body lotion, a comb, a shower cap, and a bath sponge. Water pressure and temperature of the shower were great after a long day of walking. Note there are no self-service washers/dyers for guests if that’s what you’re looking for, but I think they have laundry service for a fee. They also have a restaurant onsite. We didn’t try it, but drinks in the rooftop bar were good. Location is close to the Trinidade metro station, the Negra Cafe for breakfast, about 10 minutes walk to the Continente grocery and about 15 minutes to the Sao Bento train station.

Excellent service. Good recommendations from the staff. Large spread of different food for the buffet breakfast. Very clean and new place. It has onsite parking. Note that the parking is via a car elevator and then can be a tight squeeze into parking places. We had a small car, so not a problem for us.

The room itself was smaller than the hotel we were coming from. It was big enough though. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, so can't comment on it. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy from the graffiti. But you're going to find that almost everywhere in Porto. And we never felt unsafe.

We absolutely loved this hotel. From the warm welcome of the staff to the amazing breakfast, the great meal that we enjoyed on the fifth floor to the well appointed rooms. Our bed was super comfortable and the location is quiet at night. We had everything we needed in the room and when we needed extra tea bags, they brought them right along. The decor throughout is attractive and the hotel is really clean. To a person, all of the staff were amazing - I even got a rendition of happy birthday on my special day! Also, we have to say a bit more about the breakfast and the extra lengths they go to - it is a real smorgasbord of specialities. Hot and cold dishes, fruits, pastries, cheeses, meats - those you would expect. But it’s the little things like ‘make your own mimosa’, the different waters flavoured with fresh ingredients, the cold brew coffee and some interesting local specialties that make it really special. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s easy to be put off by the location - I can imagine returning in a few years from now and things looking better. That’s the nature of Porto - there are so many beautiful buildings amongst others that are practically falling apart. But, don’t be put off. A few run down build opposite doesn’t detract from the fact that this hotel is in a quiet spot at night, and only a short walk to good bars and restaurants. Be prepared for longer walks down (and back up) to the old town - or master the public transport.

The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood, close to both one of the main metro stations (connecting to main train station and the airport) and the heart of the city. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, functional and spotless clean. The shower area was big, the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. There was no noise from the outside since my room was overlooking the inner yard, which the staff had arranged beforehand upon my request. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of varities, the staff were always helpful. Rooftop restaurant/bar had great views and service. Definitely would stay here again.

Walls between the rooms are very thin unfortunately and one could hear pretty much everything going on in the next room, which has the potential to disrupt the sleep easily.

Let's start by saying this is a brand new hotel, the location is perfect and walking distance to main activities at Porto. The room was nice and clean, the hotel has it's own parking area however you must notify in advance as the space is limited and small (in Europe rent small cars always btw), the breakfast is nice and the price is fair compared to the level of services the hotel has.

We booked through Booking.com, and the hotel wasn't able to tell us about parking conditions or give us directions in advance. Once we arrived and park outside for a while they gave us three nearby parking options, the first two lots were full. Luckily, the third option was great: it was a five-minute walk from the hotel, and it had reasonable rates and super-safe indoor parking.
