I loved my stay here. The studio has a little kitchenette with everything you may need to make coffee or heat up restaurant leftovers. I loved that it had windows facing Santa Catarina which was nice for people watching. It’s located in a great spot near everything and very safe. The assistant, Rita was wonderful with anything I needed. Everything was very clean and the bed and bed linens were very comfortable. Also good quality towels. When I come back to Porto I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like that you only get coffee pods for the first day and then you have to pay for extra for the rest of your stay. I think it should be included for each day of your stay.

We got on the 1st level with a small balcony. The apartment was cleaned daily (its a free service). Location is at the Santa Caterina Pedestrian street but it was quiet since we faced the back yard. The walls are thin so, the family's next door children did some noise. Shower was roomy and clean. The beds are a bit soft for our taste. air condition was great. access to the appt building and flat is by a personal code which is great. host is responsive using whats up and by phone. All in all, I recommend this apartment.

We apartment didn't have the basic cooking materials like salt+paper, oil, vinegar. I guess its due to regulations. Anyways there's a very large supermarket - "pingo duce" near to buy everything.

The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable with windows that opened out onto Santa Catarina i.e. THE shopping street in Porto. The on-site staff were personable and friendly. The location was fantastic! We looked out upon the street with students singing and otherwise performing right below us, as well as a women's drum corp going by our windows. It was very quiet in the evenings with all the street entertainment during the day. The Majestic Cafe is only a block or so away on Santa Catarina we well. We loved it here and would certainly stay here again if/when we are in Porto again! Also, a complementary bottle of wine left for us!

The apartment was fabulous. Very clean and fresh. Nice Rituals products in bathroom. Decor beautiful. Bed really comfy. Nice bottle of Rose wine left as a welcome gift. Good aircon. Friendly staff. Arranged to hold our luggage on our last day and also called a taxi to take us to airport. Location was amazing on main shopping street. Nice cafes and foodie places outside apartment. We had a family room with balcony which was a treat as we could sit out and enjoy the guitarist playing out on street. Great facilities in room including fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, washing up liquid and sponge for dishes also. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit beautiful city of Porto. Apartment beside Majestic Cafe and quite near metro stop Balhoe

Not enough English tv channels but we were out until late so wasn’t an issue. Got English news ok.

Great location , comfortable bed . The high ceilings were great . We had a room facing away from the Main Street so didn’t hear the street noise.

Check in instructions were not clear . We had to call the property when we got there , so keep that in mind if you are traveling without a working phone. They sent us the entry code after we had already checked in. Our upstairs neighbors were really loud, I think they had kids that were running around , but otherwise location , value and comfort were amazing ! We would book this place again for sure .

Location was great close to everything rooms were large and comfortable bed was comfortable very quiet once shutters were closed staff were very friendly and helpful

VERY strong smell of cleaning chemicals when we got there..I have asthma so it could have been a big problem however we were able to open the large windows and air it out before bed so it was fine but would have been a problem if we had a late check in and no time to air out requested no cleaning service while we were there also Very noisy bands people etc outside if windows are open until about 8:30 pm then was quiet Couches need to be cleaned badly !! Lots of stains!

Super well located apartment in the shopping street, walking distance to all tourist attractions. No need to use a tube at all. If you want to use it, it is 2 min walk away from the apartment.Great breakfast and lunch options few steps away. Live street art music in the street that you can watch from your window, quite noisy but after 9.30pm it becomes quiet. Window curtains are great, enabling full darkness so no lights from the shops are visible that make your sleep comfortable. Apartment new, modern and very clean. Rituals brand cosmetics in a bathroom. Lift in the staircase, so no issue with luggage transport. Very easy check in, in addition you can download the app with useful info about a city. Fully equipped kitchen.

The only disadvantage was a lack of the table and chairs. Instead, there was a bar and hockers. So kitchen is big and fully equipped but area to eat/drink is very small.

Almost everything! Right on the main shopping street, within walking distance to tourist attractions. Loved the overall design elements of the place including high ceiling, the wooden wall and tiles. The place was very clean and comfortable, even smelled nice. On the 2nd floor and had a lift. Offered daily cleaning like a hotel. Close to nice restaurants too like Honest Green next door which is a great place to eat healthy food or Brasao Coliseu where we tried nice Portuguese food.

We stayed two nights here and it was mostly quiet, but during the first night there was some noise outside (like drunk people yelling)

Loved the location. Right on Santa Catarina. Shops, busking, food, nightlife. Apartment was spotless and spacious. Also large amount of windows so you could see the street below. Also has an elevator. No negatives at all. Would HIGHLY recommend..

Nothing. You just need to be specific with Uber drivers so they know where to drop you off. It’s a pedestrian only street so you need the number of Santa Catarina.

I'll definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Porto. The location was great, walking distance to all the main sites, the apartment was clean, nicely decorates and spacious, and we loved that it had a small kitchenette. The bathroom was beautiful and comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfection. It also has an elevator, so that is a plus since most rooms are in the 2nd floor as far as I understood. Another plus is that they can clean your room on a daily basis if you ask for it, which is a must for us, so it was an amazing stay!
