I would say that we had a wonderful time at UmaFormosa, a completely renovated building with a cosy style that respects the architecture of the city of Porto. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and 5 minutes away from the metro station, so I would say ideal for getting around the city comfortably. The flat is equipped with every necessary comfort and the kitchen is very well stocked. Impeccable cleanliness and really attentive to every detail. Much appreciated the coffee maker with complimentary pods to make yourself a good cup of coffee upon waking up. A big praise to Ursula, who from the beginning was always very helpful and friendly in explaining the city and helping us with the organisation of our trip 🤩

A bright, spacious room with a new renovation, which could actually accommodate up to 4 people since the sofa folds out. The location is also excellent. A nice price.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed, there were only 2 coffee capsules for two people for two days, and no tea at all. There was also mold in the shower — minus 2 stars for that. Additionally, the soundproofing was so poor that we could hear every step from the neighbors upstairs. 🙈 Other than that, everything was fine.

The property was beautiful, clean, and included so many comfortable amenities. The location was amazing and was close to many great Francesinha restaurants. The host was extremely kind and accomodating. She met us upon our arrival to give our keys and even provided us with a very helpful map with attractions/beautiful spots to explore, as well as options for transportation. The actual room iteslf was amazing and totally exceeded my expectations. The value was great.

I had a lovely stay at Uma Formosa Apartments. Everything was how I expected it to be based on the property description/pictures and the really good reviews. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Ursula welcomed me and told me which locations I need to visit and where I can find good food. She was really kind and I felt welcome. I booked the apartment including breakfast and every morning around 8am I had a cute package in front of my door filled with buns (+butter, cheese and ham), jam, milk, sweet pastries, fruits, orange juice and tea. It was tasty. The Bluetooth speaker in the room was my personal highlight :) I really would recommend to stay at Ursula’s Apartments, especially as a solo traveler I felt very safe but of course also for couples :)

Big, clean apartment in a lively location. The best thing about the stay was the property manager Ursula--she was super-helpful and super-nice!

We had the top-floor apartment where you had to take the elevator and then walk up a flight of stairs. We didn't really like the design of the apartment (for example, you could only open the bathroom door halfway), plus several little things weren't working that well (the biggest being the shower which leaks a lot of water on the bathroom floor). And the quality of things in the apartment is very average for a listing rated over 9 on Booking.com.

As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this location. Just as the host said, I could go around alone late and feel safe. I loved the private terrace where I could drink my coffee and read a book in the morning. The host was very nice and helpful. Upon asking, you can get extra cleaning, trash changing or additional coffee pads. The apartment is very stylish, which nice cosy lighting. If you want, you can eat in, both breakfast or lunch, as you have toaster, cooktop, kettle, pans, microwave, etc. I laso recommend going just down the street to Manteigaria, which serves the best Pasteis de Nata I tried in Porto :)

It would be nice if the host explained how to put the air condition in heating mode - it is March I got a bit cold the first night, before I figured out how to do that ;)

The location was terrific -- being only a couple of blocks from the big Bolhão Market was a huge plus. Walking distance to the major attractions -- not difficult at all to walk across the river to Gaia. The apartment was large and spotless, with a nicely equipped kitchen area. Great to have an elevator. Bed was super comfortable and it was lovely to have a little balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Our hostess was wonderful and sincerely eager to make our stay pleasant. Honestly, the apartment could not have been more perfect!

Very good location. Clean room and bathroom. Big wardrobe. HiHas mini kitchen and fridge. Friendly host. Showed different attractions and restaurants. Secured entrance door. Has elevator.

Bed on the firm side. Some molds in the hishower ceiling. Can hear footsteps above my room late night. No English instructions on how to log in to hinetflix or you tube on tv.

Helpful host and nice, well equipped apartment. Good location, close to one of the main pedestrian streets with a lot of shops, cafes etc. Also walkable distance to other places of interest such as Ribeira, the bridge, public transportation stops.

Nothing really much to complain about. Maybe a bit on the darker side due to the size and placement of the windows, and seemed like some deeper cleaning of the couch would not hurt.

Everything, Firstly I must single out Ursula as the property host she was amazing and so welcoming and helpful and very quick to respond to messages, the location was perfect with all amenities close by, The space was extremely well laid out,very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was again very clean and had a great shower Overall a superb place to stay
