The location is perfect, just in the center but not too close so you dont have the noise. The housekeeper is very nice and tries to help with everything except she doesn't speak any other language than Portuguese. The apartment looks clean

The housekeeper doesn't speak any other language than Portuguese, and google translate is ot working well which makes it hard to communicate if you need anything. Also, she sends the entrey code by the time of the checkin, but we received it an hour later.

Fernanda, our brilliant housekeeper, was not only efficient and responsive but also exceptionally kind and helpful, from carryng our luggage and helping us do laundry to giving us useful tips on local shops etc. The apartment was comfortable, well furnished and everything new and clean. The location was very good and reasonably close to everything we wanted to see. It was quiet (heavy duty windows) despite being on a busy street. We liked having a code system instead of keys.

We could have used a bit more space, particularly for storage, since we were there for 5 days and had one of the smaller units (502). Shelf space in the bathroom would have been nice. And we did not really take advantage of the big terrace, due to construction work next door and no shade from the sun..Ideal for smokers, though, which we are not.😝

Tha appartment is great.It is clean and spacious. It has everything you need. It is located near the centre. Everything is very close. It is the modern street with the shops, local bars where you can eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner). It's quiet because it is little up the street but very close to everything. We did everything on foot.

We missed the garage or at least parking place because we came by car. We parked the car near the appartment (10 minutes walk) 20 euros for 3 days. The name of the garage is Trinity parking.

One of the BEST accommodations I have ever stayed in. A newer building. From initial check-in, throughout the stay, the staff, especially Keila were so attentive and personable, always seeing if they could do any more to make my stay better. Keila, thank you for all you do here! You are simply amazing. I stayed in the penthouse apartment, which was quite spacious for one person, with a terrace that had some of the best views of Porto. Daily housekeeping is also a major bonus. The location can’t be beaten, right on Rua de Santa Catarina only 200m away from the shopping district, and located within 500m of two metro stations. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Porto.

Only complaint I could possibly have was no fault of the staff or ownership. There is some construction taking place directly next to the building which can be loud at times, but they do not start until after 9:00am which means you can sleep comfortably.

The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is an elevator which was convenient as we were on the 4th floor. Large windows allowed plenty of light in. Could not hear neighbours. The location is about 100 metres from the busy part of Santa Catarina, so very convenient. About a 20-25 minute walk to the restaurants on the river. Breakfast is served in a picnic basket brought to the unit each morning at 9am - croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, yogourt and freshly squeezed orange juice. Delightful.

We had a power outage on our first night. Management was responsive and it was fixed in 3 hours. The bathroom was much smaller than shown in the photos; the shower was tiny and difficult to bend over without touching the walls. The stove is Induction. One of the pots would not allow the stove to function, and required management to figure out the problem. I'm not a fan of Induction. I like to make coffee in a Moka pot and this wasn't possible. They do provide a Keurig type coffee maker. The couch was not comfortable. Management was responsive to any issues we had.

Very good arrival organisation and the reception staff lady was lovely- they were flexible about ordering some basic food items for our arrival which I appreciated very much, They also have basics like oil and salt as we don't want to have to travel around with this. The location was very quiet, clean and conveniently located. Not amazing views or anything which you don't expect for the price, but I think it was good value for money and gave us the base to explore from.

Just a maintenance detail the shower leaked which I forgot to mention to reception, but I am sure they would have sorted it quickly.

The location was very convenient and central although the apartment was noisy on the weekdays of our stay due to building works nearby. It was useful to have a washing machine on site, and the laundry was helpfully left open for us one evening to collect our washing. The terrace was very pleasant. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

See above regarding the noise. Some fittings in the apartment were broken or loose (towel rail and light switch for the bathroom), and when we opened the bedroom window one time it was only held in place by one hinge although we were told this was the design rather than a fault!

The staff made our holiday, they were really helpful with advice on parking, attractions & restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The day we arrived it was raining and Fernanda kindly gave us umbrellas. The location is really central, walking distance of all attractions. Being a city centre location, there is a little traffic noise, but well worth the noise for the location and luxury apartments. Really modern and clean, with the added bonus of a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. We will definitely be back again to meet Fernanda and her colleagues.

Nothing, the apartments where perfect.

Really great hosts who showed me the apartment and also provided me information of the city. The apartment was clean and had all amenities to make it a place to work remote from. The apartment-hotel is also centrally located to many of the sites that are a walking distance away.

Unfortunately during my stay there was heavy construction in the neighbourhood and you could hear and feel all the heavy drilling from within the room. This is of course nothing the hosts could do, and they did give me suggestions of cafes I could sit and work from. However, it did taint my stay.

I was expecting room with balcony but that only has 1 bedroom as we were a family didn’t work but I thought that’s what I had booked as pictures said so but was only 1 night so it was ok
