Excellent location next door to the Bolhao market and the metro station, and 1 minute walk to the main shopping street of Porto. Very comfortable bed. Very clean, recently renovated and quite room/apartment with all kitchen facilities, including a coffee machine with good coffee enough for our 3 days of stay, and a washing machine. They even provided some salt and oil for cooking. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.

We were accommodated on the top floor, just under the roof. The room/apartment itself was very nice, but reaching it required climbing to the 4th floor, as there is no elevator. This can be somewhat challenging after a long day of extensive walking.

Unfortunately, from the description on the booking we did not understand that this was a studio. We are traveling with two small children and would prefer to have a separate bedroom as written when booking. in addition, the size of the room is far from the stated 55 meters (it looks more like 30-35)

Everything was splendid. A very nice lady contacted us upfront to pinpoint the time of our arrival. Handing over the keys was in person with an additional chat about what to visit in Porto. During that a handy map was given to us. The flat itself was very classy. Everything cleaned up, internet working, no other issues. Location is excellent. Next to it is a market with food stores and restaurants. The metro is also nearby.

Great appartment for 2, maybe for 2 more small kids. It has all you need, great design, and amazing location. We loved staying there. We used the kitchen and nesspreso machine for breakfasts, the market is just under the apartment, which add some convinces:). Recommend, however, look on the minus, need to know this inputs in advance

2nd floor in street with no car access, so we needed to walk the streets with all luggage + hand take to the 2nd floor. They have good parking arrangement in the mall next door, still need to walk with all your things for around 300-500 meters and carry. So it's not we didn't like, it is the minus of the opposite of great location :) however important to know that in advance. Also we don't recommend to stay 4 at this studio like appartment, as no privacy at all, the entire appartment is connected, even though there are walls, they are just decorative walls (2m) not slab to slab.

It’s location was central and Alex was helpful in settling is in giving us tips on what to do for a few days. Having the option to cook and wash clothes. Very comfortable and convenient.

Not a criticism but the roof leaked when it rained and the bathroom leaked badly when having a shower. Just some maintenance.

Amazing location, small but fonctional apartment with lots of natural sunlight. Staff is very friendly. Don't hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a place that is a walkable distance from the best attractions of Porto.

High chair didn't have a table and was not the right height for the countertop.

There was some confusion with booking.com,however the owner and manager were extremely helpful and the situation was handled professionally. I would recommend them highly. The hot tub was an added bonus as the weather was very cool and wet.

There is a smell,not sure what it is but have smelt it in Portugal a few times

Location is the best part of this stay, all main sites reachable by foot and market right in front of apartment.

It had its glory probably when it was first opened, nowadays pictures do not represent truth. It was a bit run down, and the worst part was windows facing back of the the apartments with awful smell coming from the bottom that we were not able to even to open windows, forget about staying in the balcony.

Alex greeted us on arrival. The location was ideal for exploring the old city and was opposite the market. Lots of restaurants nearby & the Metro at the end of the street.

Alex was prompt at fixing a couple of things in the bathroom, but the water in the shower was only warm, not hot.

We had a wonderful stay, from the moment we arrived the host was super friendly, helpful and he gave us lots of information and great tips. The apartments are clean, modern and beautiful decorated, they were cleaned daily. Amazing location you can walk to all major attractions. They have an agreement with a big parking lot in a shopping center nearby, really convenient. We really loved our time there!
