It was a lovely accommodation and facilities. The only downfall was lots of steps to access pool and cafe with my mother been slightly disabled and really need rails on the steps down to the pool and accommodation which unfortunately she was not able to get down to the pool for a swim which was one of the reason for choosing your beautiful country club. Being a well being accommodation perhaps you should put rails maybe on just a few of the stepped area to access the pool. Also it was a lovely hot tub but was out off with kids being allowed in for a long time! I have no problem with kids but they do have a pool area to swim in expect for them which is perfect, we do I know children have not so much control which makes that got pool a real concern for bacteria that could form. Rated the breakfast bad as the cooked bits was cold and uncovered with lots of flies all over it. Areas for improvement. If it had been hot and covered it would have been value for money. Sausage was awful though ! Beautiful pool and surrounding area looking over the woods.

Beautiful location, lovely private and quiet space. Plenty of Sun loungers around the pool. Loved the warm pool with jets/jacuzzi bed. Wonderful decor, very chic and modern. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful, very welcoming.

If I had to find small things, I would say the hotel could maybe provide sponges/washing up liquid to clean cutlery in the apartment. Maybe a small washing prop to hang things to dry on the balcony, as there was nowhere to hang wet swimwear/washing to dry. A small supply of tea bags/milk sachets near the kettle to make a hot drink during your stay. I didn’t want to purchase a large carton of milk/box of tea bags for a short stay. Therefore could only get a tea at breakfast times. Nothing major just small things to add to a wonderful stay!

There was some loud people over us and we couldn’t enjoy the terrace. Not the hotels fault though. We had several treatments at the spa before check out and missed the check out time while doing a massage. Not by a lot, just 10, 15 minutes. I guess it would have been more professional to wait 10 min for us to finish the massage and not bother us in the middle of it to tell us to get out of the room. I did ask how long it would take and somehow it took longer. So I ended up being all stressed up to clear the room. Waiting 10-30 min until we were finished would have been way more professional if the reception staff. They were very nice people but this is just a small detail for them and a big detail for us that would have made all the difference!

Beautiful pool, big rooms like small apartments, lush gardens, friendly receptionist.

Had requested a studio garden suite 3 months before the stay but, on arrival, was told they were all occupied. The apparent ‘upgrade’ to a first floor room did not appear to be an upgrade at all. We had also requested a second studio garden suite for our son 1 month before our stay and this was as arranged. Direct comparison, therefore, was possible. The requested double beds were 2 made up single beds pushed together. No onsite restaurant for supper, just breakfast and snacks available.

I wouldn't stay in Faro or Albufeira and this was perfect hotel comparing with others because it's clean, very quite and spacious apartments and area. Unfortunately we was struggling to find out the nearest grocery shops but hotel management team informed us later when we asked more information. Local public transport is limited and better ask them to print off time tables or rent your car or book Uber taxi which we used all week consistently and it worked fast and price was acceptable. Breakfast choice: You will see served English breakfast, very good and strong coffee and fresh fruits. Unfortunately they don't offer half board option and you can get daily soup and snacks for dinner for extra charge which is smaller comparing with local restaurants. Taxi driver explained us that Pingo Doce is best supermarket in Vilamoure area and it's 3km from this hotel. Local restaurants serve traditional Portuguese dishes and prices is lower than Faro or Albufeira city centre. Important: buy your mobile SIM Cards from MEO mobile or LYCA which gives best value for money. So sorry that I didn't buy it at airport first because shops don't sell it anywhere and locals couldn't tell where to buy until we found one shop in Faro. Thanks to Indian guys. Very helpful. After all we explained our situation and point of view to hotel management and they listened us carefully and probably when you will come here they will sell you organised excursions, SIM cards and local maps and taxi services. It's cheaper to use Uber app. Would I stay here again? Yes! 100%. Because it's large and comfy space for living and enjoying own time and garden. Good internet.

We loved the breakfast by the pool (great quality of food, small buffet but fresh), the unobstructed view at old olive trees and hills, the relaxing and quiet atmosphere, and the proximity to the village. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities (AC, dining table, kitchen, incl appliances, etc). The bed was very comfortable (obviously, this is subject to personal preferences, but the mattress was firm and not worn out). We also enjoyed our terrace. Parking right in front of room.

One little thing: The sofa seat cushions didn't stay on the sofa, so, we continously had to get up and readjust, which was slightly annoying.

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was clean. Lovely view of the pond from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Loved the pool - good size, clean and lovely views. The restaurant area is really beautiful and in sync with nature. We could stay by the pool after check-out time for as long as we wanted.

The pastries and the fruits at breakfast didn't seem fresh. On top of that there were 2 guests who used their hands to choose their pastries and bread - they touched them and put some back - even though tongs were provided. The staff could have said something to them, but they haven't. So that kind of put us off and ended our breakfast :) They don't seem to bring more food once it's finished. Or at least certain foods. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling right above the bathtub. The bin in the bathroom - difficult to make use of it because it's so flimsy.

We did have an amazing stay overhere! It began already with the welcoming from Pedro, so enthusiastic and hospital! We felt welcome right away. We were very early, but without asking Pedro called the housekeeping to check if there was almost an apartment ready and we were lucky there was one ready! This is just amazing pro-active service. Due to this we could enjoy the Algarve for a full extra day, thanks to Pedro and the housekeeping team! During our stay Pedro gave us serveral recommendations with regards to sightseeing and local restaurants. All was perfect and we really enjoyed it. Every morning he was standing there with a smile to help us out, fantastic! The apartment was shortly cleaned everyday, which made coming home comfortable. Big compliment to the housekeeping. The apartment has everything you need and we did even have a backyard. The atmosphere was very laid back at the swimming pool and always space to lay down. Everything was perfect!

Spacious apartment, well maintained and clean with good kitchen facilities and separate sitting room. Good inland location if you want to be away from the more touristy coastal spots. Great views of the surrounding area which was quite wooded.

The outdoor pool was not warm enough for the time of year and wasn't used by anyone because it wasn't really heated. I am sure it is perfect in high season. We visited in November.
