Stayed before and came back for a holiday. Very good weekend prices - midweek it's more expensive because of demand. Excellent position with respect to the Commission, eating and several museums in the Cinquantenaire park, and the European History Museum. Longish walk to the centre, but perfectly doable - otherwise the metro is 100 m away. Staff are multilingual and always helpful. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, very big double bed, well appointed, good internet. Breakfast is extensive, but a little tight at busy work kick-off times. 20 minutes to the airport by taxi if the roads are clear

The hotel in General was really nice, breakfast was very tasty and the reception staff friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and great to rest on after a long day walking around. And the hotel location was great only a few minutes to center with metro or if adventurous 20 minutes walking.

This sadly outdid the good points. The decor of the room was generally nice except the carpet which honestly looked like a bad job of cleaning up after someone had diarrhea. Curtains were filthy and looked lile they were not cleaned in a while. I ordered after seeing online a room with a balcony, umm balcony is a big word to use, literally only enough room to stand, would be great to mention maybe small balcony, so everyone understands what they are getting. Another downpoint at breakfast was the lady who greeted everyone looked more interested being on her phone than filling food when empty. All in all was okay but not worth the price paid.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

It's one of these now very standard hotel rooms, for which you pay a high price, but you kind of wonder why.

Good location right next to Berlaymont. Customer service was nice. The type of room I originally reserved wasn't available for the first night, so I was compensated with free breakfast for every day during my stay.

I think the plug of my first room's bathtub was broken as I could not unplug it no matter what. Also, I got lost at first because I received a room that's across the main hallway on the other side of the building, but it wasn't clear enough that larger room numbers are located on the other side of the building and not at the front side. Rooms were fine aside from the carpets being quite dirty-looking.

Room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Location of this hotel is perfect, when you have a meeting in the Commission; it is also easily accesible from the airport as well as only a few stations from the city centre. Check-in was possible at 1:45 pm, well before the official time, which was very helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Even though there are four reception desks, only one was open in the early afternoon during check-in, which was highly insufficient (but this was probably a momentary issue, not a standard, because in the late evening as well as in the morning two reception desks were open). You always have to wait quite a long time for the elevator. To access wi-fi, you need to log in to the opening website, which is impossible if you have strict company rules on IT security and have to use VPN.

The hotel is amazing, the room was clean, renovated and spacious with a lot of amenities. High quality breakfast with fresh and healthy choises in a very cozy and beautiful room (and the possibility to order frestly cooked egg meals as I read, but I didn't try it). Excellent location, especially for those who travel for work, next to the European buildings, the metro station, the train and the airport express bus. Moreover, there is the possibility to leave the key in the room and check our electronically, without having to wait at the reception again.

Everything was perfect, the only problem when I visited the hotel was the noise from the street (there were works in progress, but this has nothing to do with the hotel) and the very cold breakfast room early in the morning (which is also not a problem, just something to keep in mind in order to be appropriately dressed).

It was Perfect, spaced out, food was good with a lot of varieties to choose from. Sitting arrangements exceptionally good allowung easy movement - the hallway leading to the breakfast area with its lights and opening into the breakfast bar - is impressive with smart design. From outside the hotel looks small but on entrance it opens up and fools your imagination -- we will always return should I we visit Brussels next time

I loved everything about the Hotel == Would prefer a little explanation on accessing/use of the lift with card- as we had to explain to other guests on our 2nd Day how to use the card to access /authorise and call lift.

Stayed at this property. Staff were anazing at check in. Very very helpful. I had asked for a shower instead of bath as I recently had a bad fall in the bath at another hotel. They were unable to swap rooms but promptly found a non slip mat for the bath. Very attentive

Breakfast was a bit poor. There was no bread left even though we arrived with plenty of time. When I asked they brought out one and a half ciabattas which had been over heated.

Great location, very close to Schuman metro station. The surroundings were very nice, we loved the streets near by. Relatively close to the city centre by foot and very close if you ride the metro. Big room, comfortable beds and a very nice view from our 5th floor room. Generally speaking, peaceful and quiet environment, except for the heating fan which made noise while turned on. Varied breakfast, lots of options to choose from including pastries and sweets. Hotel staff was nice and willing to help. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Wifi was very slow at times, especially during the evening. The room was initially cold which is normal as it wasn't used before we arrived but it took a while to get warm. I'd suggest the staff to maybe turn the heat on in the morning of the day they expect guests. Also, the room had a radiator which was connected to the heating fan which means that whenever the heating fan in the room was turned of, the radiator would also turn of. The only problem here is that the fan made noise and if you wanted the radiator on during the night, you'd also have to cope with the noise and the dry air. We weren't bothered but others might be bothered.

very good location for my appointments; good parking situation for people with restricted mobility; availability of drinks and snacks 24/7; I liked very much that I could open the window instead of using the airco; mini-fridge (for drinks, chocolate and medication(!) ) & tea/coffee facilities were very welcome.

were it neighbours or cleaning ladies (specially on Sunday morning) slamming the doors permanently in a way to wake the dead....? I didn't expect such a childish ruthlessness. prices for drinks in the self-service seemed to be a bit high; astonishingly not all receptionists speak French (in Brussels) AND English 🤔 - bizarre.... I did not get more specific information about the modalities of the car free Sunday - I expected local staff could help but was not the case.
