Loved the location and the all the staff. Very helpful and friendly, felt like being at home. The complementary breakfast was everything you expected, AND always full through the busiest of times. Good staff flow which makes it so smoothly run, while keeping fresh and tasting good. I especially loved how they had options for everyone as we were a group of seniors - toddlers with digestive and allergy issues 👍🏻

If I was to give any constructive advice it would be directory maps of the Main Street in the rooms. There is lots to see on Sylvan lake especially in their location.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, each bed had a choice of four different pillows. The included breakfast was great: food was fresh, service was quick and responsive and sufficient space was left between tables. The Inn is well located within walking distance to the beach and touristic attractions.

The spa hot tub was not available and this was not communicated to us prior to our arrival or during check in. We only found out when we came down in our bathing suits. The ice machine on the 4th and 2nd floor were out of order. We had to wait for the ice machine on the 3rd floor to make ice.

The location is perfect on the street. The breakfast is good but I request adding more choices for those people who do not eat meat. It requires low fat dietary. The tea including coffee plus lemon water needs 24 hours in the lobby.

I did not like the eggs - they were not fresh at all. The eggs were from yesterday leftover. Do not add meat in it for those people who are vegan / vegetarian. Horrible choices. I recommend to create menu the healthy choices, please.

Breakfast was very good with a large choice of available items. Coffee was good. Location of the hotel is excellent with a great view at the lake. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

For the evenings in the hotel I would like to have a better selection of TV channels. Normally I do not watch TV and was forced to watch it at the hotel. Regular TV is awful, a couple of movie channels would have been great.

The room was good for the price. Breakfast was good for free. Location was good. We were there only one night. Would come back. Wish the spa was open.

Service was a little odd. The lady the first night was sweet and informative (young, glasses, dark hair, was working at about 5-6pm Wednesday night). The lady that was their the morning of checkout was the odd one (older, blonde hair). We let her know we were checking out and all she said was "oook" and grabbed the key then told us to have a great day and almost didn't give us our $100 security deposit back. We had to ask. Seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. On top of there being 2 kids behind the counter which you typically wouldn't see anywhere else. Otherwise, great stay and would come back.

Very good location, walking distance to the beach and fireworks (July 1). Close to restaurants, bars etc. Complimentary breakfast was very good and staff attended to food promptly. We were able to check in 20 minutes early, thank you front desk staff.

Our bathroom door did not lock. I would have liked check in to be a little earlier than 4 pm, traveling from out out of town and arriving earlier than expected.

Friendly staff. Quiet and clean rooms. Nice to have air conditioning in this heat. Great location! Appreciated the continental breakfast variety. Our room a great view of the beach and beautiful lighthouse. Felt so lucky to have that room. King bed and jet tub a bonus for the price.

Rogers tv. Some of the channels would not work and cut out the program. That was annoying.

After a long time, everything was working on a hotel including lift, pool, hot tub, breakfast was replenished quickly. The lady was extremely quick on checking the items and quickly clean the tables for other guests

Coffee was terrible, no cream (milk was available). Was expecting more decent breakfast like croissant, bagel. Pool was a bit small but ok.

They do an excellent free breakfast, Lots of creative selection for everyone. The big advantage of the hotel is they are within easy walking distance of all amenities at Sylvan Lake, so once you are there we didn't need to drive anywher for 4 days. Love being right across the street from the beach and local farmers market. Excellent beach front cafe across the street as well.

Was a bit sad to find out the sauna and hot tub were out of comission. We did use the pool through and it was nice for a day end cool down.

Very kind and hard working staff. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable spacious rooms.

Hot breakfast was included but it was the exact same thing for 4 mornings...a little change might be nice. It was good just needed a little more variety day to day...or every second day. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Staff was incredibly kind.
