Thank you very much to the front desk staff who helped us check in on Sunday afternoon, October 8th. He did his best to find a good room for us and checked the room condition himself. We were deeply moved by him. The room was renovated, so it was really clean and comfortable. It was easy to move my luggage because there was an elevator. The combination of the beautiful lobby and coffee machine made the place happier. The breakfast is very good with warm food such as egg scrams, sausage, and beans, as well as bagels, waffles, cereals, yogurt, and fruits. This was the best cost-effective accommodation for us.

The breakfast was fantastic! Continental and regular. Nice variety of hot drinks as well. I love a good solid bed and I was not disappointed. Slept great.

The outside of the building looks really rough. However, they started their renovations inside first and plan on upgrading the exterior soon. Do not judge a book by its cover in this instance, the quality is inside the building.

Breakfast included eggs, sausage, beans, bread/toast, bagels, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, (including french vanilla, espresso, mocha) hot chocolate,. A decent breakfast. Staff all very friendly and very helpful. Washing machine and drier available for use. Detergent can be bought on site, as can a small variety of snacks. Bathroom newly renovated and very clean.

Lighting in our room was too bright. A softer option would be preferred for relaxing in the evening.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. We had a quiet room with comfortable beds. The whole hotel was extremely clean. We enjoyed the access to the riverfront walking path directly across the road from the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It was noisy at times. We felt it was caused by water running. toilet flushing in room above us. Also road traffic. Ice machine was very noisy, but that didn't affect us in our room. I know some of us are more sensitive to noise than others.

Really friendly welcome at reception, and the room was just what we needed for a stopover in Miramichi. Shower was great, bed was comfy, AC worked well (once we figured out how to work it, but that was on us!). Breakfast was simple but decent - we opted for continental.

Our room looked straight out onto a parking lot for the building next door, so we couldn't really have the curtains open if we wanted privacy - it didn't bother us that much though.

The staff at the front desk were helpful and very interested in keeping breakfast well stocked for the guests. Both the night and morning staff were friendly.

The room was updated nicely but, I'm very sensitive to smells and there was a smoke smell in the room. I wondered if it was in the popcorn ceiling or the walls.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed with great layout (I stayed in a suite). The breakfast selection was great, the food was hot, lots of choices and even fresh fruit; honestly, I was pleasantly surprised.

I had to make two calls, one local and one long-distance. I did exactly as instructed however the calls took more than a dozen attempts to finally go through and I actually had to make them at the front desk because it wouldn’t go through in my room for some reason. When I asked the young concierge (not the manager) for suggested places to dine, telling him my phone is not working (no gps) just verbally tell me places I could go. He hands me a brochure and says “here you could look through these“. My phone wasn’t working LOL… REALLY!

The room was divided in two. A brother and sister travelling together. - couldn’t have been better! Breakfast was good. Staff were so friendly, helpful and kind.

I come often to visit my family in nova scotia from Ontario and I always drive out to the marimichi to visit more family.. So me my spouse or dad always stay here and have never had any issues. It's always friendly and comfortable. I know I have a place to stay when I'm visiting.

If anything maybe serve bacon for breakfest instead if sasuges lol. But seriously nothing.
