Wonderful hotel and facilities. Rooms, beach, pool everything is 5*

Unfortunately they probably have some agreement with Russian tour operator so they are overcrowded by tourists. They waked up early morning to get all the beach umbrellas and the poo sunloungersl so even if you try to get to the facilities at 7:30 am is all taken. The hotel does not want to handle and I believe for a 5 stars hotel this is not the right approach to customers. We are looking for an holidays and relax not for stress.

The room was beautiful and the pool was lovely we loved the swim to bar

Their lifts were malfunctioning a bit and made it tricky to get to the room at times

I LOVED absolutely everything in the property, everything was just perfect and we really enjoyed our stay there. I mostly loved the view outside the room and the lovely nice staff

Throughout our stay, Lilian and Sami went above and beyond to provide assistance whenever needed, making us feel truly valued as guests. The staff overall were friendly, professional, and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether relaxing by the pristine pool, enjoying the delicious dining options, or simply soaking in the serene ambiance, every moment at the Fairmont Ajman was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you again to Lilian and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. All the staff in the hotel are very nice and welcoming, from the reception to the security, everyone. Special thanks to Yazzin who onboarded us superbly. Thank you Yazzin. Also, the breakfast buffet is also excellent, the foods are delicious and the variety is sufficient for guest of different nationality. We woke up late during our check out but was greatful for the extention given with no extra charge. We will for sure come back.

There's isn't much, we understand that the property is a bit old, so you would see some wear and tear here in there but not really bothering. Overall the property is neat and well maintained.

It was a pleasant and relaxing stay for one night away from super busy Dubai. We did enjoy the room, very spacious and very quiet, you don't hear A/C at all and any other noise from outside, the maintenance team did a great job in regards to sound proofing. We enjoyed the beach, it was clean and well arranged/managed as well. Overall service was prompt and professional. We will be definitely coming back for another staycation.

I would suggest to add a more fine dining restaurant as a dinner option, where guests would be able to dress up after a day at the beach/pool and have a decent meal with fine wine and sunset/night views.

The views of the Arabian Gulf are breathtaking, making every moment feel like a tropical escape. Our stay was made even more special thanks to the exceptional service at reception. Mayada was outstanding – warm, professional, and always ready to assist. Her welcoming attitude made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

I liked the staff as they are the ones that made our stay feel wonderful and like home. We extended our stay here because of that. The Manager Khalid and Rami, Samy all are so friendly and caring, they attended to all our needs, especially as we are vegetarian they ensured that we are taken good care of. The kitchen staff, Komijon, Deshan, Ahsan, Sasi, James and Roshan are so sweet and very friendly and helpful. In fact there are many others whose names are too many to mention. Really admire their patient and passion for their service. Room Service also very helpful and sorted out our few small issues. Great Service and even Greater attitude.

Only that some mosquitos entered our room as I left patio door open, my fault but the staff sorted that out promptly.

from the beginning, we were welcomed by Mr Sami in the reception. it was a warm welcome, made our check in process smooth. we were boosted to a better room which made our day. also, he is well aware of the facility and was able to brief us about all facilities and answered all our questions with a smile. for the hotel, the room was big enough. well equipped. pool was clean, well maintained and employees are attentive to your needs. makes your stay easy and smooth

nothing i have encountered

The property is lovely and stay was comfortable. Shaimaa at reception was helpful and offered options to make our stay more comfortable. During the day they offer different activities such as complementary yoga and aquarobics which is great atmosphere.

On arrival there was only one valet staff available, was not very responsive. I’m not sure if there is another way but I don’t like the idea of having to pass through the lobby to get to the beach & pool. Even dressed in ‘covered’ swimming attire doesn’t look good.
