The location was in a nice area, local restaurants within walking distance, also stores. :)

I didn't like the location of the office, reason being there is no signage or directionals, since it's in the back of the facility it was a bit hard to find :(, also the smell of the room it smelled like old smoke. I went to the office and asked for spray, or a deodorizer and they were very helpful. I was awakened by some loud banging on the door from a room nearby, and I understand you can't control all the guest, but it was a bit startling :(

The staff was exceptional. Edwardo, Jordan, and Cory did everything possible to ensure my stay was comfortable. Food, entertainment, and shopping were all within a short walking distance. Room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend and will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself again. They even had a place to park my 18 wheeler.

I would’ve liked more breakfast choices like the waffles I’ve had at other Best westerns.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the quick improvements since our last stay. We recommended this hotel to all our relatives that were travelling in the area, and will be sure to stay here again if we're in the vicinity.

The only reason we don't give it 10 stars is because the breakfast is not the best. We've stayed at different Best Westerns and they typically offer eggs, bacon, potatoes and other items for breakfast. This is more of a snack bar since there aren't muffins or decent sized danishes to even call it continental breakfast.

This place used to be a dump.I was pleasantly surprised at the turn around of this place. The rooms are remodeled. The place was clean and quiet. I saw no comings and goings by the druggies who used to stay here. This place has made a 180 degree turn around! Kudos to the owners and staff.

The mattress was a little sub standard. Or maybe I am spoiled as I sleep on a very expensive Sleep Number bed at home.

Everything was very clean and neat. There was even an ironing board and iron in the room! There was also a coffee maker, a small microwave and a small refrigerator. The two different men in the reception area were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, with hard boiled eggs, yogurt and other breakfast items.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy, but I was told that it was being addressed.

So let me give EDUARDO and JUSTYN @ the front desk BOTH a 12/10 just for being so understanding and eager to make my check in process as easy as they possibly could have. I had to check out of another hotel last minute due to some issues w security and cars getting messed with etc....EDUARDO went above and beyond to help me get checked in and situated without hesitation. Him and JUSTUN were both able to grant me my requests w a smile! The whole process was the definition of what customer service should be in this industry! Thank u Eduardo/Justyn. They both deserve a raise like....yesterday!

My only complaint so far would be the lack of storaget/closet space and the furniture being rather bare in my room.

I've been staying here numerous times & I keep coming back, because of the friendliness of the staff & how accommodating they are. Along with the upkeep of the rooms & facilities overall, which with the reasonable rate of the rooms, it's a great value of comfort and it's conveniently located right across the street from Raley's & lots of places to eat.

People smoking outside my room & the smoke wafting into my room. Also kids running up & down outside my room. It's very loud & disturbing. Perhaps there needs to be a sign that designated SM king areas not outside of "non-smoking" rooms & also a "No Running" sign.

I truly enjoy the night worker Jordan he's extremely amazingly awesome & he's actually the main reason why I come back as often as I do!! Thank U so much Jordan for being so bad a*$, I'm super grateful that we had the opportunity to meet U & I'm super excited to see what ur future holds!! Also the maintenance man Spencer is also such a great person to have on ur team, he's open minded, hard working, & is on top if his job, both these young men love there job's & I believe there in the department that suits them both well & what they possess as employee's!!

I didn't like that there was no word on the fact that the pool was open, the last few time's I stayed the pool was closed & it would have been nice had I been told so I could use it bcuz I've been wanting to swim so bad, ive been here for almost 8/10 day's & now that I'm down to my last few day's I figure it out, & only because people where swimming. I've been goin thru so so much & just really need some R&R.

We really enjoyed our stay there! Even though it is a hotel with many rooms, it was really quiet. Very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms that offer everything that one searches for :) The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of food from cereals to bagels. We would love to come back!

It's nice and quiet the breakfast could offer more than coffee and bagels, cold cereal, and get a waffle maker offering better fresher fruit is a plus !!!

The same old breakfast meal needs to update the morning breakfast room better choices !!(
