The staff was very friendly. There was a lot of parking available. Room was clean and had nice amenities. The breakfast was delicious. Gym was nice. They have security there at night, which was nice to see. Check in/out was fast and easy. Free coffee, tea, and cookies available. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee houses. If you have a pet, they have a nice grass area to walk your pet. I liked it so much that I made another reservation!

My only complaint was one of the beds was very soft and hurt my back to sleep on. But I was in a two queen room, so I just switched beds and it was fine.

We came for aftershock. It was a 20min Uber ride from Discovery Park and Old Sacramento. The rooms were very clean and the staff was great. The air conditioning was very cold. The location was safe and close to many stores and restaurants.

You have to be present for breakfast. I like to eat in the room while I'm getting ready so I don't rush.

It is a convenient location with close proximity to places to eat, it was clean and comfortable..

I spent a couple of days and nights during the stay, I could not get hot water in the shower, lukewarm to chilly at best. The water in the sink ran hot water but had difficulty turning the water flow off completely.

Breakfast was good. Noticing that our room was missing a shower curtain I phoned the office and immediately house keeping came and put a new one on.

TV guide was out dated and needed to be updated. After being frustrated trying to watch a particular TV news program I went to the office and complained. The clerk said “did I try to go through all the channels to find the program I wanted to view??? This did not make me happy. Then she said our manager is aware and has ordered a new TV guide. If after hearing me complain the clerk should have said. I am truly sorry for causing your frustration by not having the guide updated. Our manager is aware and has ordered a new TV guide! Also we asked for a disabled room. It was great except no hand held shower and we had to climb into a tub. I feel the room should have a shower with a handheld shower.

Continental Brekky was the best I have ever had! The room, pool and gym were clean. I was travelling alone and felt safe the whole time! will definitely be staying again.

The room keys were not reliable, didn't work half the time, but the office staff are always there to help out.

Location, close to 80 freeway

The bathroom door wouldn’t close (warped wood, I think) and we had to return to the front desk because our key didn’t work. The guy gave us a different room and that was fine (just a bathroom door that was very hard to close).

House cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and updated since the last time we stayed. Very comfortable! Close to our event we were attending.

Front desk staff could have smiled a little more she seemed a little irritated with the last guest she was assisting. I get it though. All in all friendly staff.

Enjoyed the variety of breakfast selections. All of the staff were pleasant and very eager to satisfy any request. The surroundings around the property were clean and I felt safe since I am a senior that was very important to me.

Maintenance needs to check out the bathroom toilets. The water continued to run after flushing. I had to shake the handle to make it stop.

Easy to understand layout, nicely done lobby.

Beeping noise coming from across the parking lot from a laundry machine or vending machine or something. Didn’t keep me awake but was kind of annoying.

It was exceptionally quiet for a busy hotel and it had a good area for my service dog to roam and do doggie business. They provide doggie poop bags too. The breakfast was great and well stocked with a variety of nutritious foods and fruits. We were able to eat a solid meal and continue on our journey.

Toilet ran most of the night.
