The property is absolutely gorgeous. I love that clean design and openness. The rooms are also quite spacious.

I would recommend putting in another source to plug-in a device on the other side of the bed. Right now there’s only one device and it’s on only one side of the bed. They make lamps that have plug-in outlets built into them. Also, maybe some more artwork in the rooms. They were a bit bare. And the courtyard -the view isn’t that great because you look over the roof a part of the building. and the food of Carboni’s was not good. The staff was great the food not so much. I would recommend going somewhere else. It seems like the chef wasn’t cooking. It was someone who didn’t know what they were doing. Our pizza crust was burnt, and while the salmon was cooked well it was sitting on a pool of corn with water and the greens were all wet from that.

Clean and comfortable. Generally nice help. One particular desk receptionist a bit rude and short line she was going us a favor by helping us. She was also short in our discussions. Several other members of our family had the same experience. The other bubbly, smiling front desk receptionist was very nice.

Beautiful rooms. Like that you are dog-friendly. Staff was very helpful.

It was the Thanksgiving weekend. It would have been nice to have a barista service on Thanksgiving Day since so many restaurants were closed or weren't open until evening.

Easy checkin, restaurant on premise, wine upon checkin. Clean, spacious room.

The fact that you had to request housecleaning. I thought by putting the card on the door that our room would get serviced but that was not the case.

Hotel was beautiful, spacious, comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep.

Since we were there on a Sunday the restaurant and spa were closed. The Pharmacy on Main street was also closed so the hotel having no options for items such as forgotten toothpaste or vending machines to get a drink is inconvenient. Winter's is a small town and so it would be nice if you had these things available on a Sunday. They may have been available other days. We were only there one day. Otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

When we arrived, at 7:00pm, there was no one at the front desk. Several employees walked by and said that someone would be right there to help us, but we still had to wait 10 minutes. Once someone did arrive, he didn't offer any kind of apology or explanation.

Great location, upscale, spacious room with excellent mattress and the hotel was very pet friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Initially the check-in staff seemed a little cold and impersonal. Our impression was we were being 'dealt with' as opposed to assisted at check-in. A more welcoming note would be good, even for later arrivals.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable with nice pillows. We loved the bathroom/shower and tub. The staff was amazing! We were staying here for our 7 year anniversary and the staff had a bottle of wine sent to our room which was a nice gesture.

There is was not anything that we disliked about this hotel.

Power was out all over town - no fault of the hotel so we left hurriedly. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They changed both rooms because of a barking dog across the hall.

Parking is very difficult. On the street parking, signs were unclear about where guests were sure to park.

Hotel was lovely, clean, and quiet. Staff was helpful and the cleaning staff as well. Overall it was a good stay for my 1st time in Winters.
