I loved how everyone. made you feel like family

communication between staff is very limited to the point that I told both the night time people that I would like the room for another week and was told that it would be fine two days later it was time to pay and I alerted the lady at the front desk that I had reserved my room for another week because of the miscommunication between daytime staff and night time staff I had to vacate the premises that day by noon time I had to have my fiancé leave his new job to move everything to a rundown little motel without most of our stuff for the simple reason that people were stealing our things as my daughter was putting the stuff downstairs

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Faculty was nice and respectful. The people staying at hotel was friendly. Hotel was conveniently located my family members live across the street. Plenty of shopping places in the area.

The pool was too cold for me to use, wish it was heated. The toilet sits way to low even for a short person.

The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful The overall quality vs price was good

The man next door was shouting loud after 10 p.m. I had to complain at the reception as were could fall asleep. The breakfast can be better, with more choices of healthy products

Third time ive stayed here in the past couple months and its gotten better every time. The staff are great and helpful if needed. The pool Bbq and firepit are great too. Compared to other low budget hotels in the area its not even close. Ive stayed at a few hotels that cost twice as much and would pick the Ramada first.

Room was clean. Some toilet part missing. Very nice lobby.

Very noisy. Seem like you could hear other rooms. Hall way noisy. Could hear all the traffic. Breakfast was OK. A group of customers at breakfast with very foul language

Friendly staff! Clean room ! When I was surprised at the $50 additional charge checkin* in, she explained why, and then promptly deleted it for us👏

They are remodeling the hotel—- still work to do. Limited breakfast menu. Eggs were cold —- at 6:30 am !

staff were really nice and friendly, we had free parking. rooms were spacious . very accessible to malls with the town

the toilet was a bit stained inside so probably adding a toilet brush would be nice . just incase u want to personally clean it . n doors a bit creeky.

The room had no carpeting. It was a nice wood grain linoleum which was nicer than old nasty carpet. I had a comfortable king bed and slept well. The ac was pretty new and kept the room temp very comfortable. I was grateful to have a ground level floor bc I had injured my ankle prior to my trip and didn't have to go up and down stairs. The front desk personnel and ladies cleaning the rooms were very helpful & accommodating. There is no one entering rooms at the time due to covid but they were happy to replace towels and such.

I cancelled a 2 bdrm Airbnb that was the same price. I decided to cancel the Airbnb bc this place offered free breakfast and was a couple miles closer to the location of my event. I figured I would be able to sit in a dining room have some juice and eat some eggs and bacon. Unfortunately they didn't have the dining room open and offered cereal, milk and to go bags with an apple and something else from the hall way. Now I needed to get ready to leave the location to eat a decent breakfast. I was disappointed. At least with the Airbnb I had a kitchen and would have purchased breakfast food to cook for myself.

The housekeeper was friendly. The front staff male was showing excellent customer service. He’s a keeper

well kept property. great location. very pleasant staff. large clean room. just across the road from a good size strip mall with mist anything you need. have stayed a couple times before and will again

a quickie brown bag breakfast but that’s common now. no more yummy waffles.
