This is our second stay at Cocoa Beach Hotel. We booked again to stay for a few days before our cruise and this time we booked 2 rooms as we were a party of 10. The rooms are spacious with balconies, coffee machines, and very comfy beds. There is also a great selection for breakfast and overall the hotel is great value for money. We loved the pools and spent a lot of time swimming, and the beach is just a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. Especially as a pre or post-cruise stopover.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. We all had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing staff!! We had a one night stay in Best Western Cocoa Beach before our cruise. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. My friend accidentally left her AirPods on the bed when we checked out. She discovered this shortly after and when we returned the staff and management went above and beyond to help her locate them. They searched the room, the laundry and they were eventually found amongst bedding in the washing machine! Can’t praise the staff enough! Thank you all!

A nice hotel right at the beach. Hotel has several buildings, we stayed in the closest to the beach with a great view from balcony. The room was large, two beds, enough room for 4 adults. The beach is wonderful. Restaurants and large retail shops are close. The building was in a good shape, clean, but is an older building. Free parking is available in front of hotel.

The breakfast was included but was below average, very basic. Compared to other hotels, this is not good. It was served in another building, but all guests went here, the space is small, not enough for so many people. The selection is small, and you had to wait in a huge line, cca 30 people, waiting for 30-45 min. Unacceptable, especially considering the low quality of food.

I loved the room with the balcony ocean view. Couldn't ask for a better location.

When I arrived I didn't realize I had to walk two blocks with my suitcase to my building. Luckily it stopped raining because the ride from the airport was during a downpour. It would be helpful if the hotel acquired a golf cart type vehicle to transport guests to their buildings. Not everyone is able to make that walk.

The property is quite lovely. It is very well kept and lush and clean landscaping. The pool closest to our courtyard room was great. Very clean and I know this may sound odd, but the softest and smoothest pool floor I have ever been in. We really enjoyed it.

Rooms could use some updating and beds were a little hard for my taste but I’m afraid if they update they will be able to increase their rates to what neighboring hotels are charging We enjoyed our stay and will be back

Great distance to beach and boardwalk. Also the fire pits were a nice touch especially because it was a chillier weekend in Florida. Also the heated pools and the staff and lobby people were great!

I had a joined room with a door and I could hear everything my neighbors did. Would like better sounds proofing between those rooms specifically. I was in like 2 hours a sleep a night if lucky because they were so loud and really obnoxious and inconsiderate. This is nothing the property is really at fault for but better sounds proofing between that joined door is a must.

We got a nice upgrade to a big and comfy family suit with everything we needed, including a toaster, a nice touch. The beds are very comfy. Staff is really nice and helpful. Everything is clean. Breakfast included is a plus. Location is great for Cocoa Beach, next to the Pier, close to restaurants, lots of other stuff near by, Publix right across. The pools are great. It's great to relax, enjoy the beach, go to Kennedy Space Center etc.

If i need to find something, it would be that people are not showering properly and bring sand in the pool, and maybe a few more healthy options for breakfast would be welcomed.

It was very pretty our room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and a broad choice of breakfast items. the way all the hotels where set up made it nice and easy to get around, the multiple pools was nice when the shade started blocking 1 we could just go to the other pool that hadn't been shaded yet, another thing would be that we literally saw a rocket launching from our room wich was probably one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

The only negative thing I can really say is the breakfast for all 3 of the building was in one building which it was a pretty big room but there was also a lot of people

Our room was ocean front, just few steps from rear of hotel. Pool few steps from building with outdoor bar. Very nice. Couple restaurants with in 1/2 block off hotel. Hotel has several different buildings. We would definitely go back whenever in that area.

The breakfast location was fine. The ladies kept the food stocked and were very nice and friendly. The room we had was ok. The bathroom updates were very good. The location of our first level room was very close to the beach access. It was quiet throughout the nights we were there.

The beds were not as comfortable as mist Best Western hotels we have used. Also the pillows seemed to be worn out and went flat quickly. The maid came to clean the room while we were getting dressed. We asked that she come back, but she said she didn't speak English. My husband got frustrated with trying to communicate with her, but she did understand enough to provide us extra towels.
