My family and I have made Home2Suites our second home when visiting Port Canaveral. Starting from our arrival, Kim, Tina and Stephen sealed the deal with such warmth, friendly, and accommodating service. Due to the fact that my parties arrival time was so early in the morning, they made great suggestions on what we could do to occupy our time until our rooms were ready. With all the amenities on the property we were able to satisfy everyone ages ranging from 8 to 57. They even located me to let me know our rooms became available sooner then we expected. the location couldn’t be better, super clean, staff was very helpful and accommodating. the breakfast was very good and complete and the perfect stay before heading to port to catch our cruise

No linens or pillows on the sofa bed. We were a group of 5 so someone needed to sleep on the sofa bed. It was after 11 p.m. when we discovered this so we dealt with it by sharing what we had. Also, I stepped one foot into the shower and it was like ice, I sled & banged my right knee off the shower wall and twisted my left knee trying not to fall. I had to rent a wheelchair for the week on my cruise because I couldn't put weight on it. Caused a lot of inconvenience on my family and limited ship activities and excursions planned. Heard from other guests who commented they also slipped in your showers, thankfully with no bad results.

Loved the kitchen area. The size of the fridge and having a microwave was great for our family of 5. The room had plenty of counter space.

The front desk staff aren't very inviting. I've worked in customer service, retail, and offices where I'm "the face of the company" since I'm the first experience and impression and based off of that I probably would look elsewhere. The person checking me in seemed bored and unfriendly, the person I spoke to on the phone when I had to ask for more towels and toilet paper was kind of curt, and the person who checked me out acted impatient and like I was inconveniencing them. The ONLY staff member I encountered that was very friendly and polite was the man who delivered the towels, toilet paper, and tissue and all he said was here you go have a great night. He had to come by twice but those 10 second interactions were way more inviting than the other women at the front.

Very clean and new property. Pool area is very nice if you have time to swim. We stayed here before embarking on a cruise and it was perfect - very close to port. Huge breakfast area in the morning also for the included breakfast. They do arrange a morning shuttle to the port for $10 per passenger, but we took an Uber for our family of 6 and it was just as easy. Asked for a cot for the room and it was brought promptly along with extra bedding for no charge.

The property does not have a full restaurant just FYI (they do offer some things at the bar by the pool, but it was limited and VERY busy). It was tough to get food after we checked in since we did not have a vehicle and it was getting late. There are restaurants nearby, we were just tired and it was late - didn’t want to Uber over and wait for a full dinner. We ended up door dashing fast food but it was pricy.

While the breakfast offering was a little underwhelming, the staff, location, and overall accommodations more than made up for it. Due to traffic, we arrived near midnight and still received a warm welcome and easy check-in from the staff. The following morning, the systems were down due to the Microsoft outage going on worldwide, and staff still managed to make the check-out process quick and painless. The room had more than enough space for all our belongings and the location for a quick night's stay before getting on a cruise at Port Canaveral cannot be topped!

The breakfast offering for the price of the room could have been more substantial, but the hotel's location is in proximity to a few local restaurants that offer breakfast options. We didn't use the plates and bowls in the room since we were only there for one night, but it was obvious these had not been checked by cleaning staff as they were nearly all dirty.

The triple room we booked was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. Room facilities were very good although on the downside there were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine which was totally different from ones we’ve used in the UK. A small poster with instructions would eliminate confusion and calls to reception.

For us newbies to Orlando, possibly description on the location and also details on recommendations for transfers from the Airport, Cruise port etc would be helpful in the hotel information.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They directed us to the bar for drinks and light food orders. If you wanted other food options, they made recommendations. Super great bartender out at the pool, friendly, efficient, and fast taking your drink or food order, true asset to the hotel.

Not much, maybe the free breakfast could have been a little better, and getting rides to the cruise ships.

Great location close to the cruise port and restaurants! East access off of the highway. Very clean, great pool area, and great breakfast.

Smoking is allowed in the pool area. Traveling from a state where smoking isn’t allowed indoors or outdoor areas where there are people, it was a little disappointing. We ended up having to move our group inside because of this. Not a huge deal and it didn’t keep us from enjoying the pool the next day. But, it was still a little disappointing.

I loved how convenient and close to the port and restaurants were. I loved the pool area, beautiful.I also enjoyed the continental breakfast it was delicious. We were also using the shuttle service the hotel recommended, and it was perfect!! I highly recommend staying a night or two before a cruise! Can't wait to book another cruise. This hotel is going to be my first pick forsure! The staff was very accommodating and we got there before our 3pm check-in but our room was ready which was nice. Just a great experience overall with Home2Suites.

The bad weather we got, but that's not the hotels fault. I have no complaints. The hotel was more than accommodating.
