This property was not only beautiful but it smelled amazing. The staff is wonderful very helpful and all did an amazing job. This property was mostly adults the workout room was like a real gym it was huge and it had a movie theater inside the hotel I thought that was very cool and it was historical. They had entertainment at the bar in the evening. I loved this hotel so much that we will definitely be returning and the are a chain hotel company so we plan to stay at there other locations as well.

I didn’t like there was not a lot of gluten free options I have an allergy so wasn’t able to eat a whole lot there they did have some but very limited. The pool was very crowded we did not get to swim but it was a holiday weekend I think on an average weekend it would have been better. I think this property can use some hot tubs and it would be nice if the pool could be open later than 8pm maybe do adults only 7-10pm maybe just a thought. I also think it would have been nice to have complimentary parking since the rooms are more on the pricey side.

Wonderful stay at the Chase. We love the Pool area and the uniqueness of having a Movie theatre in the hotel. The Bar at the Tenderloin room is awesome. Great location with great access to Forest Park and some great restaurants locally.

The Bathrooms in the Hotel don't really stack up to the quality of the hotel. They are small and outdated. It also feels like the Hotel is constantly understaffed. There is hardly ever anyone manning the Concierge desk and the Valet wait can be lengthy during busy times due to lack of personnel.

My breakfast was good. The building is beautiful and the staff I encountered was top notch. The area has a bunch of eating/drinking options and ways to entertain yourself without getting in the car. Nice grocery store across the street for treats for your room or a day in the park. Beautiful Forest Park and all that has to offer just across the street.

Toilet is a little close to the shower and TP. Took a while for the water to warm up in the shower, which after the first not checking before jumping in isn't a problem and funny random gurgling noises occasionally from the bathroom area. But none of this is a big issue as I understand this is a beautiful historic type building. Friend had the breakfast buffet and it was underwhelming for the price and just in general. Service was slow considering it wasn't busy.

Huge room with a terrace, huge bathroom with lovely and roomy shower. European made soaps, keurig in room, room service at your beck and call, located in the middle of all the restaurants of CWE and next to Forest Park with most of St. Louis's museums and famous zoo. We let the valet park our car and walked everywhere the rest of the weekend. Did I mention that the most beautiful basilica in America is 2 blocks away? What more could we have wanted?

The gentleman named Mark who works in the lobby was exceptionally helpful and friendly! He helped get our bags to our room and every day had a greeting and smile I asked his advice on how to get to the Muny and his suggestions were very helpful He was especially kind to our 9yr old granddaughter She is still talking about him He deserves special recognition!!

We were in room 373 There is a hole in the bathroom ceiling where it looks like a fire sprinkler should be It was not appealing and shoukd be fixed

I loved the tenderloin room. The food was amazing & the service was excellent. My husband ordered the old fashion & the presentation was awesome. The hotel is beautiful. I love the amenities. 2 restaurants and the Chase Club. The movie theatre is a plus also.

Toilet seats are extremely low. Bad for my back & knees.

The breakfast was excellent and my husband thought that the pancakes were the best he had ever had in a hotel! I had oatmeal, it was delicious and included blueberries that were sweet and fresh.

The tap room restaurant food was pretty salty, but otherwise good.

So many good restaurants within walking distance. Easy to visit cultural attractions from this hotel. For a summer vacation, the pool is very nice and food is available.

Sadly, one of the elevators was out all four days we were there. The staff was nice but when the computers went down at check-in the lines got long and sluggish.

We loved every single thing about our stay!!!! Our 2 bedroom suite was elegantly beautiful & the perfect size for our family. We stayed 2 nights & didn’t expect housekeeping but they freshened our room anyway! The valet staff was absolutely exceptional, Christmas decorations were glorious, they have the fastest elevators ever!

The old elegance vibe was everywhere and I really loved the beauty and elegance and attention to details that are missing in modern hotels. The corner room I had was spacious and bright. I especially loved the fact that I could open the windows and enjoy the lovely breeze. The pool was lovely and the convenience of having more than one restaurant on premises was an added bonus.

Nothing. This is my third trip to St. Louis, first time in this hotel, but I'll definitely be stayi g here again when I return for work.
