Bonus points for having a large boys baseball team on the floor below us that we never heard except in the lobby and at the elevators. Their parents tried to stay on top of it but were outnumbered (and some were complacent) but overall we weren't bothered. Was looking for peaceful, got it.

Pool guy was cleaning and told us he put chemicals in the pool at 10 AM and told us we could swim for 3 hours after that. The pool was very strongly chlorinated after that. I couldn't swim and had to ha e the kids go outside with me due to the strong fumes of chlorine in the pool area. They didn't get to swim as long as they wanted because of that. It was fine the day before ... maybe just heavy handed?

We were happy that the hot tub was open so late so we could go in after the wedding we went to. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The location next to lots of restaurants and the interstate was perfect.

There was a puddle of water on the carpet near the AC/heater. We weren't sure what that was from and couldn't figure out how to make the temperature in the room more consistent.

It appeared clean and well kept.

Lightning in the rear parking lot could have been better. In addition, the entry door at the rear parking lot entrance was unlocked still at 1:15 a.m. I was able to walk in without having to use my key. As a security director with excess of 25 years for a major hotel chain in the State of Indiana, this was unacceptable and clearly placed the safety of hotel guest in jeopardy.

The swimming pool could’ve been better. Also, what happened to the spa when I was looking at it to make a reservation it looked like we had it. You had a Picture of the spa on line and there and there was nothing there so I was disappointed about that.

The front staff was so nice and accommodating. We asked questions about area attractions for kids, and they were so helpful. Also, breakfast was very good, and the lady helping us went above and beyond treating us as family. The room was clean, and the pool was fun for the kids.

Nothing

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Had issue with our TV. I called front desk, and he came up promptly to our room. He had to go back for batteries for our remote to replace them. He was very nice and very helpful..Beds were comfy, and room temp was easily and adequately controlled..Room was clean and appropriately stocked.

Just one minor thing...not a deal breaker, but the pool was closed for some sort of mechanical issue. Having a 10 year old who looks forward to being able to swim while away, it was disappointing for her. I didn't inquire about it, but it would have been a kind gesture to offer discount of some sort..no big deal for me..just an idea in order to completely satisfy future guests. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Even though they allowed pets in the hotel you would have never know it. It was clean and odor free. We stayed at a couple of other hotels that were not Hilton that smelled so bad you couldn’t sleep. We would definitely stay at the Hiltons from now on.

I have no complaints

It was pretty decent.

There was a hockey tournament in town so it was pretty loud because of all the kids running around. They were a little obnoxious but it wasn't too bad. I'd go back
