The room was bigger than we expected, everything was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, there was no noise. Ahh. Relaxing by the outdoor pool, nothing beats that. The "continental" breakfast was fabulous. The staff were very pleasant. It is close enough to everything in Saratoga Springs but a couple minutes away so there is parking and no noise. THIS IS my go to place to stay every time I'm in Saratoga Springs going forward.

There is nothing I didn't like. Ok, yeah, it's not a 5 star hotel but that's fine, we didn't want that or pay for that. We simply loved it for what it is.

I saw that the price was lower than what I had booked. The staff immediately adjusted the price, however it was only a partial adjustment. But I appreciated that they took action.

As mentioned above, the price adjustment was partial, and I was told that the staff on duty the next morning would be in a position to complete the adjustment. The next morning, however, they told me that the price could not be lowered any further since I had a booking.com reservation. I think there was a difference of $20-30, and that was the amount I overpaid.

everything so so clean and the staff was awesome our room was a suite and gorgeous overlooking the pool. breakfast was great, and they even had fresh fruit and different choices of bagels from NY, not frozen Lenders. our dog had plenty of places to walk in a very beautiful yard and field. we could hear the music from the SPAC at night by pool. almost forgot, our bed was so comfy.

The employees were the best part of our stay!!!! Robin was wonderful. She did everything she could to make our stay fabulous!!! The property location was ideal. It was just down the street from the museum. Robin also suggested that we go to Lake George as it was just 30-46 min away.

We didn’t like the check-in and check-out process. We had to talk to a machine and verbally had to give personal info. It was disheartening that there was no “personal touch”, even though there was a person present at the front desk that couldn’t check us in. The “robot” was definitely a turn off.

The location was fantastic for my needs. Super close to SPAC so catching a ride back from there was very easy. Loved that they run a shuttle for several hours in the evening to take you where you need to go (within reason! I think it was 5 miles maybe) The pool was lovely, just a nice little pool with a nice patio area including tables/chairs/umbrellas or sun loungers if that's your thing. Every single staff I encountered was super friendly - even when short staffed the day I checked in. I had booked a suite and it was very spacious and included flatware and dishes which I did not expect and was an extremely welcome surprise. Back to how they were short staffed though- I checked in on 8/25/23 and it was all hands on deck. The GM was even helping out with housekeeping to get rooms cleaned and ready for guests. Our wait to check in was a little longer than expected, but not outlandish by any means. The staff seemed to all be pitching in where they could to get all guests in and settled as quickly and smoothly as possible. That was the only dark mark on our stay and it was really just a tiny smudge! Will definitely stay again and can't wait to experience the finished product. Oh yeah, they're mid renovation but none of that did anything to hinder my stay at all. For the meantime until it's finished though, just be aware that you might be dealing with paint and/or new carpet smell. Fine by me, but some people might be sensitive to that while those smells all dissipate.

No ice machine in the second building. We had to get ice from the main building but it really wasn't far.

The hotel was spacious, clean, and everything was fine except the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were large fairly hard foam. I had a neck ache for several days after sleeping on them. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and attentive. The little restaurant inside the reception area served tasty food and Sheila, the restaurant manager was exceptional.

As stated before, I'd suggest better pillows. The breakfast was very similar to many other 3-star hotels: self-serve, cold cereal, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs in a covered warming tureen, and coffee in carafes.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was much more spacious than typical hotels and also had an option to have breakfast outside in the pool area.

The location is on a highway which is not pedestrian friendly with no sidewalks. However the hotel provides a very user friendly shuttle on demand to any location within 5 miles. The city center is about 2.5 miles from the hotel

When the hotel is packed, the noise level in the evening keeps one awake. Barking dogs within the building were an additional noise that from time to time kept one awake. Bed was too soft, pillows weren't the best giving no support.

Back door had to be closed to secure, it didn't latch on its own. It should be maintained for security reasons.

Check in/out with Davis was a breeze. Very polite and accommodating. Hotel was spotless. Room was comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately, shower doors were tough to slide and bathroom floor flooded easily. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Pool was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Need handles on inside of shower doors. Maybe a bench or footrest in the shower.

Very large. clean comfortable room. Staff that was actually there were very friendly, especially the breakfast woman. Overall was nice, great rate & would definitely stay there again. Love Saratoga.

They use a kiosk with someone from the Philippines to check you in, what's happened with a real human face to face checking you in? That was a pain. Shower was nice but leaked all over the floor, coffee maker didn't brew well, microwave was sparking & smelled hot. Breakfast was OK.
