Breakfast was outstanding, truly one of the best I've ever had anywhere. They are to be commended for the quality and creativity of what is often standard fare in most places. The front desk staff was excellent, warm and friendly and helpful.

There should be more available car parking for guests. A statement in the rooms about the hotel's environmental/climate actions, e.g. how to be sure to get new towels only if requested, what should go in the recycle bin, etc. I didn't know there was complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning until the second day. The hotel should have that on a card in the room so that guests can know.

Our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel suceeded our expectations in every sense. Since we love the luxury and comfort of our room. The drinks and snacks offered were courtesy of the hotel for the first run, including two small bottles of wine, coconut water, spring water, and freshly baked goodies. The fantastic bathroom with a modern bathtub and glass door shower as well as tasteful amenities and impecable robes! Breakfast was not uncluded during wintertime, but we learned that it is included during summertime. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at one of the restaurants in the hotel. We will definitely come back!

sometimes you think: is it worth paying more for a nicer hotel? and the answer in this case is 100% yes. thankfully. easy valet parking, big rooms, very (very) quiet. lots of hot water. no noises. no neighbouring suite noises. no 'staff having fun in the hallways' noises. all the basics you'd hope for: safe in the room, charging pad for phone (tv remote), coffee machine. but also lots of extras: comfy bed, warming rack for towels, automatic shades and drapes, silent heat, and treats at 8 pm :)

really nothing. i mean, one of the 4 shades in our room didn't go up, but that's hardly a crisis. and i didn't care enough to call down for someone to come fix it ... because, really...

Perfect location on the main street in town. Elegant hotel with well-appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms. Linens and beds all comfortable and very high quality. The bathroom was huge with radiant heated floors, beautiful tub, and high-tech toilet w/ heated seat, bidet, and air dryer for the bum! I swear, the bathroom alone is worth the stay! Also, the on-site restaurant, The Morrisey Lounge & Bistro is quiet good for lunch, dinner & drinks. Has a lively pulse.

Excellent staff and fabulous room. Thank you for extra feather pillows! And the free drinks and snacks in the room were an unexpected treat.

Given the state of the planet perhaps we could do without the electric, heated, massage toilet and the electric shades and curtains. The light switches in the bedroom were practically invisible and largely inscrutable. Please simplify!

Beautiful historically- restored hotel. Pretty rooms with crown molding, huge bathrooms, nice towels, great in room refrigerator with snacks included. Nice staff at checkin- Josh was especially great! Great location in walking distance to many restaurants.

Need to add a place to plug in iPad /phone and small table to leave a drink or book by bed. Pretty pricey.

A wonderful freshly appointed hotel room. I’m obsessed with the Japanese toilet and large tub. Such a friendly efficient staff from the valet parking to front desk to maid service. We’ve now eaten at two of the restaurants and Char is our favorite in Saratoga. Delicious steaks frites and cocktails. If available we won’t stay anywhere else but Adelphi.

The hotel and staff, Morrisseys Restaurant

Sea and Char TERRIBLE. 2-1/2 hrs to eat dinner. Extremely loud with a party of 12 next to us. Couldnt hear yourself think. Food was lukewarm, drinks took forever to get. Everything was blamed on by our waiter new menu that night. My suggestion is dont wait til the menu changes bring staff in to go over it. Mostly everything was loaded with SALT. From soup to entrees. For the high prices we should not have had the issues. Never again and we are local. Disgusting.

Everything was perfect! We have stayed there before and I love the beds! Everyone was super super nice

Not really even a complaint but while we were go e to dinner ,someone came in for towels and the note left said here is a little treat for you from us. Sadly, there wasn't any. And I could have sworn the front desk said there would be cookies in the room but there wasn't. It's fine though, not even complaining , just something goe the future.

Perfect location lovely hotel

They didn’t tell us there was a charge for valet parking - we would’ve parked on our own. Also they said the mini bar was complimentary but there was nothing in it except water, coconut water and chips and 1 cookie. They gave the impression it was something it was not.
