the staff was extremely friendly, the room was bigger than the usual Paris standards, beautiful (we had the privilege bedroom, with the stars ceiling), the bathroom was big and nice, with a balcony, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Quiet area but really close from nice restaurants and the metro station.

Very clean and modern, staff on reception 24h were all really friendly and welcoming. Free WiFi was great.

The bathroom sink was a bit small and we couldn't get cold water from the tap, only warm, but this is only a very tiny niggle.

Very clean, nice staff, comfortable beds and a good location. Breakfast catered for many tastes.

We booked the jacuzzi suite and when we arrived we found the hot tub was not working. We were not told prior to our arrival that it had been out of order for seemingly some time so this was disappointing. However they did refund us some of the cost of the room without quibble which was appreciated. At busy times it is hard to get a table for breakfast, they could do with extra hands at busy times but the breakfast staff were very lovely and worked very hard.

It was beautiful, hotel was lovely and the value for money is fabulous. There was some renovations taking place during our stay, while it was slightly louder downstairs during the day, this wasn’t something that disturbed us at all due to being on the 5th floor.

The one thing I would say is when I spoke to staff, it sometimes felt as though I was bothering them. While the first welcome was lovely, and we received a welcoming gift of macaroons for my partners birthday, the conversations I had following on from this were rather cold in our opinion and weren’t as warm as the initial welcome. Aside from this, the hotel and stay was more than we expected. Absolutely lovely and we thank you so much for having us!

The hotel was PERFECT, a great location to walk across the old quarter, very close to the train street and as usual in Hanoi you are only 50 meters away from SPAs, restaurants and bars. Staff were extremely good and attentive. breakfast was a perfect way to start the day

The gym was very small, if there are more than 2 people working out you won't enjoy it. there was a lady doing yoga whilst i was doing weights and we both were in each other way. if you expect a big gym, this is is not for you

Amazing location with good transport links, some buses stop within 1 minute walk and the train to the airport is 10 minutes away. Also staff is friendly and welcoming. Room a little small but functional, I guess that's understandable given you're in central Paris.

Room was larger and much quieter than I expected. Nice decor and comfortable bed. Small Juliet balcony and good sized wardrobe. Close to some good restaurants and brasseries

Shower cubicle was pretty small and a small fridge in the room would have been good The hotel is a 10 min walk from the nearest Metro / RER stations - not a problem for me but might be for other people with luggage. It was near several bus routes. On the plus side the RER station was only 9 mins from Gare du Nord and the Eurostar!

Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were all amazing. The breakfast was fine, location was really good, lots of really nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Shower wasn't cleaned on arrival, body hair around drain. V small room but was also a v good price for Paris and we were out most of the time anyway so we didn't feel the need to say anything.

Hotel location is well connected with bus. local transport frequency is very good. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Many cafes and grocery stores are nearby.

Hotel room is quite small. Not suitable with child. All tourist attractions are a bit far..it takes minimum 20 minutes to reach any tourist spot.

Good location with metro station nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Free Coffee/tea available in breakfast room.
