The property is easy to find right next to Milano Centrale. The proximity to the train station was the main reason we chose this hotel. We had no problems walking over to our very early departure. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, checking us in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the modern room style with hard surface floors and exposed shelving. Towels were fluffy and the linens were nice quality. The bedside area was nicely designed for traveler’s needs with conveniently placed light switches and outlet with USB for charging. Our window was able to open for fresh air. We did not have the breakfast, so cannot speak to that. This hotel was a good value for the price.

It’s near to the Milano Centrale Station. Walking distance to the hotel. There is also halal food nearby which is the plus point.

The room is rather small. Once you put your luggages there is limited space to move around.

The place was very close to the central station. Great if you want to take in the morning a train to another town

When the metro closes at night it’s getting really dangerous, there are a lot of gangs there, in the hotel its fine but if you want to come back at night with a bus its not so safe. It’s also not very in the center of Milan, you have to take the metro to go anywhere

We booked at the spice hotel however our actual room was across the street at the Glam hotel. The Glam hotel was nice and we had a wrap around balcony. Decent sized rooms and very comfortable. Loved the balcony.

The shower had no privacy. Beware...if you're traveling with someone who isn't your spouse, you can see directly into the shower and there is no privacy in that regard.

My room faced the inner court and was quiet. Location was super close to the central station and bus terminal for Malpensa Airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great.

Terrible internet connection - constantly kicked off wifi. Impossible to work online from your room. Complimentary water would be nice. Maybe have a dispenser available on the ground floor to refill bottles. Elevator was super noisy and unsettling. Feared being stuck every time. Towels were replaced every day even though I specifically hanged them. Maybe bring this up with cleaning team.

Location was great, just off the Centrale station, with quick METRO access. Staff was friendly and accommodating, we asked for extra pillows and an iron/board and these were brought to our room when we were out. The room was clean, spacious, bed large and very comfortable! Also I loved the large walk in shower, a big plus for us as it was very hot during that time and we had to shower a lot!

The minibar didn't seem to work well, even though I tried different settings, so we couldn't put our drinks in there. I would put an extra bin in the room, next to the desk.

location is nice close to many shops and good restaurant is just next to it, close to metro and bus, its 30 min walk to Duomo and 8 min by metro. very close to central station 3-4 min!! comfortable beds , looks nice .. in front of central station u can take a bus to the airport for 10 euro.

there is no iron in the room, no kettle for tea,, etc maybe because its 3 star , i dont know but there is no lounge . they have a breakfast room in the basement, i didn't try it.

Spice Hotel Milano has lovely staff who are happy to help with any request. The bed was super comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. It’s a clean and tidy place to stay right by the train station so very convenient. I was unfortunately sick the whole time I was in Milan so I spent all my time in the hotel with brief walks to the supermarket in the train station, and this was very accessible.
