My favorite place to stay when I’m in Milan. Very comfortable location, staff at the reception is very helpful, atmosphere is nice and cozy.

Staff at the bar need some training on hospitality and service. We asked for grappa, we have been offered grappa in old fashion glass with ice. I asked for bottle of still water on the bar station, girl put in front of me the bottle but didn’t give me glasses. When I asked about glasses, she put infront of me 2 glasses. I offered her to help me with it as it was not comfortable to have and bottle and two glasses in my hands at the same time. Lack of attention to details. Linen in the room has to be replaced as it’s old and with holes.

The rooms and temperature was comfortable

Breakfast was the same 6 days in a row. The area around the hotel was not safe. My friend was nearly robbed by 4 girls. Had dinner at a restaurant 100m from the hotel. Bill came to 115 euros for just 2 bowls of pasta and 2 beers. Waiter then demanded another 10 euros tip even after giving him 5 euros. Was a bad experience.

We had some doubts about the location, but the hotel ended up being way above our expectations. Clean, modern, charming. We only stayed one night to visit friends while passing through Milan. It was extremely convenient being steps away from Milano Centrale train station. And we felt very safe, even late at night. We had two adjoining rooms which made traveling with young children much easier. The breakfast that was included was better quality than we expected and helped us save time to make our early morning train. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Consider expanding the gym. It was totally fine for a quick workout, but the room felt a bit claustrophobic for someone who maybe is staying for several nights. We did appreciate it though!

The convenient location, the bed was extremely comfy. The bathtub was a plus. Breakfast was extensive and delicious!! Very very good!

I just had a bad experience at the restaurant for dinner. We arrived, found a seat, they had just 3 tables taken, and no one came. The waiter then came to clean a table just beside us and again didn't even look at us. So I had to ask for the menu because my 2 yo daughter was getting impatient. We were hungry so we went with the spaghetti with tomate sauce to be quicker. It took at least 20min to arrive and the portion was so small 16 euros to leave still hungry. Very deceiving !

This hotel was very close to the Milan central station, which was one of our main criteria considering we would be taking the train every day. The weekend we chose to visit in a very busy one with prices being very unreasonable but here the relationship price/value was still decent (we also booked many months in advance, which helped). The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Our room had a view to another building, which meant it was a dark room but at least it was quiet.

Friendly professional reception, you can tell as soon as you walk into the place you've made a good choice. Great size room with comfortable bed. Clean, modern and some nice little extras that I've not always found in other 4 star hotels that are close by - tea and coffee, some sky TV channels and a room that lives up to the first impressions from the reception area. We were also able to leave our luggage first thing in the morning before check in later that day and the bags had been taken up to our rooms. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again, and perfect for Milan Centrale rail station just opposite.

If I was being super picky just that the shower is one you stand in the bath and not a shower cubicle on its own. But really not a problem.

Very close to Milano Centrale station, clean and large room, basic amenities, most of the staff was helpful (except for one lady). Overall a pretty standard hotel experience and I think the cost was good for what was provided.

When checking in the lady lied to me to try and get an upsell by saying I could check-in immediately (it was only 12pm) if I paid extra for a different room, but when I declined she said my existing room was ready anyway. AC didn't seem to work, and I wish the hotel provided free tap water in the lobby.

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Love the breakfast spread for its great taste and variety. The staff were also very responsive to our requests eg booking of restaurant, taxis and other needs. Complimentary mineral water were also given as well as toiletries on request.

The lobby was abit small and can get crowded quite easily. Also there were steps to enter the hotel but thankfully staff were on hand to help us with the luggage.

The location is near the station and other metro, so it’s easy if you want to catch a train at the morning, no need to rush. The room was modern and elegant. The staff service was excellent, we were staying 2 nights and at the last day we need to go to the station early morning, they gave us a breakfast box as I asked before.

No lift when going to the lobby from the entrance. You need to carry your luggage down and up. Even tho, they have a door bell but only one stand by. If you’re going with the group, you should carry by yourself

Great room for families - two adjoining rooms with lots of space and two bathrooms. Perfect location for us, next to Central Station as we were just stopping in for one night then taking a train. Very quiet. Good breakfast. We were really happy with everything about our stay.

Tiny things - the view from the rooms wasn't great but then its a city hotel. You have to pay extra for some breakfast options, like omelettes which would have been good to be included...but these are tiny faults.
