the hotel was very spacious with its luxury entrance hall, the security at looby was very kind. The location was super, close to everything. i would like to book in the next visits, thank you Ibis team.

I'm a pianist, i would have liked there to find a piano at the entrance hall maybe it will make a special romantic moments and people will love that, even that there is no hotel or place in Amman having a piano, thus you will be special at that.

Hotel is in quiet locality, no noise disturbance during nights. Breakfast really improved from the last time I visited this hotel, it was very fresh and tasty. Room was clean. I appreciated the big bottle of water in the room instead of usual 2 small bottles.

I was missing some amenities in the bathroom (like toothpaste, cotton buds etc), there was only a sanitary bag provided.

The location is great, a lot of restaurants are nearby. The staff are super friendly with the kids , especially chef Mohamed and Khalil. Good breakfast.

the beds and pillows are not comfortable, the bed mattress should be replaced. The elevator's ring sound is noisy , we got connected rooms and they are near the elevators .. very noisy we couldn't sleep.

Easily one of my favourite stays in Jordan, spent 3 nights at the IBIS and the staff is helpful. They have a good breakfast spread and though the hotel is a little far from the citadel and the theater, you could reach the tarabdour bus station by taxi for 3JD that gets you to Ajloun and Jerash

I like that the rooms are very clean, location is near to everything, and beds are comfortable.

I didn’t like that the parking was chargeable which the front desk need to mention that at check in. Also, they need to improve the housekeeping services as I realized that they forgot many times to put towels in the bathrooms and the bath mat which I needed to call them more than 4 times to bring me one instead of the old towels.
