Arrived from abroad and stayed for 10 days. The property was very clean, had all the needed facilities. The location was superb as it was close to many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping etc. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice thing about it is that it is secure 24/7. I highly recommend, especially if you’re a solo traveller.

The place is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are three grocery stores, one restaurant with good local food at reasonable prices, and a pharmacy close by.

The kitchen was too small and with very limited cooking utensils, cleaning was sometimes not well done, the room was too cold and the AC did not work as a heater. Smoking is allowed inside the building and the rooms...which is not something that a non-smoker would enjoy.

The staff and owner itself is a very nice person, comforting you when you visit them. Always ready to help and the best part was there was somebody always present.

There was actually nothing which we did not like but the only thing we missed was, we were six friends and they don't have a single big room to accommodate all of us.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel right at home. The staff, especially Yazan, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Their friendliness and dedication were truly remarkable. I can't thank them enough for providing such a fantastic experience. The apartment was well-serviced, and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place for families. It's a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Really nothing, the stay was great.

The staff were super friendly, nice and helpful. Made me feel like home away from home. The location is great, a supermarket and a pharmacy close by, most of the main attractions are really close by car and can also be within walking distance. The place is clean, quiet and the AC and hot water were perfect specially in the cold winter. The cleaning can be arranged whenever needed and the room was always left spotless. Definitely recommend staying here and definitely coming back whenever I’m in Jordan.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The building is located in a good area and is close to coffee shop’s ,restaurants and other shops. The staff is extremely professional and goes out of their way to make your stay memorable which is why I give it a high rating. Overall, It's great value for the money. I will definitely come back when in Amman.

Our experience at 46 Services Apartments was very good. The apartment is located in a good & calm area. The communication was good. The receptionist Yazan Saadeddin was very kind, professional and respectful. He did is utmost to make us feel as at home. Really recommended! We would probably stay here again.

The furniture in the room is all I like, and the whole room color is white, simple and atmospheric.

I felt that the soundproofing outside the room was not very good, especially when I lived on the first floor, I was often woken up. I hope that next time the door can be replaced with a soundproof door, so that I can better ensure sleep.
