The room is nice, I love the unblocked view of the sky, me and my sister really enjoy staying in the hotel room and marvel at the sky view! The location is good, and a good value for money.

...the cleanliness can be improved, there are fine dust scattered at the kettle area, the tv screen and on table tops...it can be very dangerous for people with sinus issues or dust allergy...since we spend a lot of time in the hotel room, it'd be very nice to have it sparkling clean. It would be nice to have a clear instructions on how to use the phone, there are times we want to call the front desk but failed, the e-request QR code provided was useless, maybe a regular updates would be nice

We stayed 2 nights . The second day when they clean the room , the cleaner did not clean 2 2 cups we used to make tea. The used bag still in the uneashed cup . They also did not give us our drinking water . The toilet paper is small and we have to asked for another one . Most hotels put a spare one in the room . The room phone is out of order and I must make a trip down to inform them that I need toilet paper .

Location is great, staff were friendly helped to change the kettle as the original one in the room was dirty.

The aircon wasn’t cleaned properly, a lot of dust coagulated in the vents. And the bathtub drain smelled very badly

big tv size is v gd. breakfast - we were late, so some foods were gone. gd if we can have morning calls so we reach there earlier.

bed - the blanket made me itch. fridge was empty. thought there would be some drink options there. esp if we need to drink something late at night.

Staff Salman did not read my request and gave room which was the one that I had requested . Straight answer to my face with an attitude telling me the hotel rooms are full. I have made full payment upon booking. I don't mind giving up the request if he spoke to me nicely without showing his attitude behaviour. I'm so upset with the service now at the front desk. Last time all the staff were friendly but nowadays I gave a poor rating for the staff at the front desk. And the lift was so slow , we gave up and took the service lift.

The room has improved. Cleanliness has improved. Lifts are faster now.

Foul smell from the toilet.

It was a great experience staying at KSL hotel. The hotel is very convenient and nearby the KSL mall only which allow us to explore the area more. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast are awesome!!It's worth the money.

The room size n beds were reasonable. We book for 2 rooms....the other deluxe room with twin sharing were awesome with 1 single bed and 1 Queen size bed. Breakfast spread were good. Room temperature settings were awesome.

1) My Deluxe King Room bathtub water flow out from the side n make the toilet wet easily. 2) The shower curtain smells awful. 3) Mini bar not cold. 4) Mini bar cabinet door loose. 5) Room prices include breakfast need to be clear..I book for 2 King deluxe for 6 pax..for 3 nites...but breakfast was for 2 Adults n 1 Child.

KSL is surrounded with lots of eateries, inside a shopping mall, and a nice pool. No frills apartment residence, with just the basic needs and amenities. Very near driving distances to other places of interest.

Should have bigger bottles or tubes of shampoo and shower gel. Should have face towels Should have a microwave oven in the apartment Should have disposable slippers Should have more free international channels instead of local channels Should have packet creamers The toilets should be brighter

The hotel location is great being near shopping mall and lots of eating choices. Easily reachable coming from Woodlands checkpoint.

Didn't expect the huge crowd that was drawn to around the Hotel's area. The shopping mall is congested with lots of people. Perhaps this is due to the June school holiday. The Starbucks coffee sucks, blend and no coffee taste. Disappointed by the experience. Disappointed when I scanned the in-room QR code, wanting to order-in for dinner, but the QR code led me to some advertisement which looks suspicious. Makes me wonder, how many of their hotel guests failed to order-in when they wanted. The rain shower head leaks and causes water to splash through its sides instead of just downwards, quite a wastage of water flowing out the sides.
